Definitely better out and let your GP manage you instead. I wonder if your GP would be preferred to do what mine is doing for me, a straight forward referral to an endo, especially if you have an existing hormone imbalance, might be worth asking?
Personally, it's never given me any issues swapping from one regime to another, so I'd just stretch out what E you have and then switch straight to BO

My fault did not explain myself correctly, I had to go through the motions with Eden, I have no intention of transgendering, I like most people on here just want breast's, the reason for asking was, if I do ever need it I have it,
As for my GP well I will not be taking HRT, going to use BO and see how I get on, based on other members results that is all I want, which brings me on to my next point.
In the next couple of weeks i will be selling 6 unused, unopend boxes of Oestrogel by Bessons at the same price I bought them.

I now understand the switch to BO, I did BO (rectal) and it worked for me, but I've now lowered my dose massively and just mix the BO in with the cayenne extract for my topical regime.

I worked up to 1500mg/day (6 capsules of swanson), which I mostly did rectal 3 times a day. It dissolves really easy in 5ml of warm water. Of which I did for about 12-months.
I'm still on BO, but now I empty 15 caps into a bottle of cayenne extract as part of my topical regime.
Results wise, yes it certainly seemed to help but no where as quickly as others have found. There's a lot of talk about body temperature needing to be over a certain temp. I never bothered but many supplement kelp, etc to keep body temp in the optimal range.
Remember Lotus has done more research on BO and she now better understands it and says it is a viable NBE.

I said I wont post on here again because I was going over to BO, that my friends went out of the window, after a long hard look in the mirror and some medical issues and a bad episode with Eden New Life I stopped all together.
Now there are a few members on here who have been great with me and one in particular (no names but I got your email thanks) have made me realise this is what I want.
So after a lot of research and phone calls and emails I have now found a good UK supplier that will supply me Oestrogel (Besins) pump pack at a very good price and as long as I check my bloods via Medichecks I will be ok.
Its 14 days today on 2 pumps and 2 days on RR 700mg a day (one capsule), I will upon advice just do 2 pumps for at least a month as I am 70 I must take it easy and see how I get on.
For those that have have been so kind via PM thank you, I really do appreciate it, this is a lovely forum and a great help if you know where to look and do not be afraid to ask.

Yes it is, it will help with raising prolactin levels which might be useful for breast development and its also said to help building the breast tissue, I'm not sure about the exact mechanism. I've taken it two times and liked it a lot, it seemed to be one of the more useful herbs for lactation but the price is prohibitive. For some reason its extremely expensive to buy to EU.
