Hi i am new here but i have a question. I have FG powder and I am wondering how well it works if i mixed it into a lotion or moisturizer or oil and applied topically.
Would it still work as a good NBE cream? Or am i better off buying a specific pre-made cream?
I've been unsure about taking FG orally because of blood sugar.

I tried doing just that, seemed to make a smooth enough paste that massaged in ok. But it also left a strong a smell of fenugreek so i didn't carry on. A scented lotion may have helped, but scented skin care products aren't really my thing. I've maybe overlooked a potentially lucrative "hint of fenugreek" range
