Hi, I'd like to know which one is better, Fenugreek or PM, depending on my situation.
Where i live the only PM brand i can find is Biovea, which idk if is good, and is low dosage (only one i could find was 100 caps bottle, each cap is 250mg(says(standardized to %40 of isoflavones (root))).
I had several attempts of buying brands such as Ainterol and others, but all of them got stuck and sent back at customs (supplements are unaccepted unless you have prescription).
For Fenugreek, i could find several brands like Solaray(1240mg), but no products that are like standardized to 4:1 or anything like that.
(Though i could find one called "Bust Bunny" for breast enhancement, which is a mixture of herbs like Fenugreek, Dong Quai and Fennel etc. , in which contains 400mg 4:1 Fenugreek, per one serving (2 caps).
So I'm asking what should i do in this situation. Fenugreek compared to Biovea PM, is a lot cheaper and is in higher dose, but i don't know if it's as effective as PM, even if the PM in question is in lower doses.

Considering that you have registered living in a place called "Hell" I'm not surprised that availability of "good stuff" is very limited.
Well, Fenugreek isn't as strong as P.M. However, it works to certain degree. I have myself taken it as a powder, mixed in yogurt. Not a Master Chief -culinary experience, but palatable. I got started on it until I went over to P.M. which helped to grow a lot more.
I am bit skeptical about P.M. extracts because in many cases they don't work very well or not at all. The reason is likely that the extraction process doesn't capture some of the phytoestrogens such as puerarin aren't well soluble to usual extracting solvents.

Oh, I'm interested in this moment too. Tell me in what dose you took fenugreek, for how long and with what result. I also have a problem with buying high-quality PM, so I'm looking at fenugreek as an alternative.

Teddy is right. Do not buy any EXTRACTS, like 4:1, etc. You want 500 to 650 mg of the whole plant.
The Solaray that you mentioned is 1250mg when you take 2 capsules, so the capsules are 625mg each, to be clear.
Solaray, NOW and Nature's Way are some of the trusted brands.
Starting dose would be one capsule per day, for a few days, moving to two capsules if you do not suffer any negative effects.
There are three herbs that work synergistically: Fenugreek, Fennel and Red Clover.
They each contribute to a slightly different aspect of breast growth.
You can take one capsule of each, together, to make a potent combination.
You can use just one or all three of these, whatever you can obtain, keeping the total dose under 2000mg/day.
It may be prudent to try each herb that you intend to use, one at a time for a few days to see if you get any bad reaction.
If you just start off using all three herbs and have any ill effects, you would not know which herb was the culprit.
Once you know that you do not have any reaction to any of them, you can start combining them.
After breast budding, add Progesterone Cream, 20mg/day.
I am assuming that you are taking some kind of AA.

Yes I'm taking Red Reishi, though idk if it's doing anything.
Also I've heard fenugreek increases testosterone, is that right? I've also seen testosterone booster products featuring fenugreek. I'm asking because increasing testosterone would be the last thing i want.
Also another question, is Nutricost brand reputable too? I've found this brand selling fenugreek, it's on same price and about same dose with Solaray one (1350mg per 2 capsules) but way more affordable (Solaray was 100 capsules per bottle, this one called Nutricost is 240 caps per bottle), both ar the same price.
Sorry if I'm asking too much, I'm kinda lost on the site and you were like the only one who actually responded. So i appreciate a lot.
Lastly, how do i know if a product is extract or the whole plant? I've seen some product for an example, saying Fenugreek Powder (Seed), and some other saying Fenugreek (Extract), but I've never seen any mentioning "Whole Plant".

You will know that your AA is working when you lose some erectile ability. If your erection is suffering, compared to normal, your AA is causing that.
Nutricost is a legitimate brand. Buy it with confidence.
If an herb is labeled EXTRACT, or mentions some ratio e.g. 4:1, that's what it is. Avoid it.
Seed powder is good.
GNC products used to say whole plant. I don't think they say that these days. Forget that I said that.
You will know when your Fenugreek dose is working, when your sweat or urine smells like maple syrup.
For lack of a better explanation, Fenugreek has a dual nature. It can promote breast growth, while avoiding muscle loss.
Your muscles may get harder... mine did.

Thank you a lot for explanation!
I've been using this RR for quite some time and really didn't notice any changes, it's also a small local brand so i guess it might be not really effective, i guess I'll look for other brands.
I was also thinking of adding Licorice Root or Green Tea to my routine. Or another AA. I guess I'll find what works best the hard way.

In regard to your RR, the first question to ask is... what dose are you taking.
You said that you have been taking it for a long time but you didn't say at what dose?
It makes a difference.
I have never used RR myself so I could be wrong on my numbers here but I think 1500mg/day is in the normal range.
If you are taking 1500mg/day and you are not losing any erectile function at all, it is probably bogus. You need to find a different brand.

1500mg of RR is generally the dose to be on, I did that for well over a year and it certainly worked for me.
If yo really want to nuce the DHT ad a decent egcg (green tea) supplement to the 1500mg of RR, there's lots of research on here about it. I added it to my RR and that combo definitely works !
For quality egcg try Swanson ecgc capsules which you can get from iHerbs
For RR you need it to be high in Polysaccharides min 30% or better still 50%, I got mine from British Vitamins and British Supplements, iif you cant order from them look for similar but check the polysaccharide content is high.
Or, the ultimate DHT killer is Dutasteride which you can get from lots of online pharmacies, see hrt cafe.
Hope that helps

Thanks for clarification, unfortunately i don't have access to any of those brands in where i live. And i can't order anything from overseas that is in vitamin/supplements category. Also i don't live in Europe sadly. But I've searched a few products of green tea and i found a few one's that looks promising. I have found one with 225 EGCG per capsule. And is also affordable.
Lastly is there anyone knowledgeable about Licorice Root here? I heard it's kind of dangerous but also effective so I'm tempted to try that too.
Also thanks for all the replies.
