Why are you resurrecting ancient threads from people who mostly are gone? Stop that, thread necromancy isn't helpful. You're going to get your ass reported a lot by this pace.

I never said anything like that. The point being that thread necromancy is by far useless and it might bury more recent and active threads instead of bringing anything useful to the forum. Its a good idea to check if the person posting has been active in, say last few months? There are a lot of dead threads and inactive users here, so its easy to pick up something not very useful.

Btw, someone else was asking questions about BO dosages just today, and I talk about it a whole lot in my main thread and elsewhere, this information is quite easy to come by with a quick forum search. See that search bar in upper right, its your best friend.

Btw, if you want to learn why it all works, Lotus has posted studies and long in detail posts about pretty much everything and there's a ton of good information in the Project X thread. What I'm doing differently is mix and match things together and keeping up with anything that's proven to work. But Lotus is the go to person here for the scientific details of everything. Its a lot of information to absorb so don't be in a rush.
