I have a scattershot approach to breast growth. I'm not consistent and constantly try new things. Lately most days I have been applying Red Clover to my boobs (and testicles), plus Volufiline to my nipples. Love pokey nipples! Usually twice a day. Also 2 PM capsules daily.
