Next step ?!? Video tutorial ! Big Grin Big Grin Big Grin (obviously I’m jockeying Tongue )

I could do that if I could do it anonymous enough. But a step by step picture guide showing how everything looks like, dosages, order in which its all done, that I could easily do. Big Grin I could also some time write a post about sourcing each item, especially useful for those who live in Europe especially within EU as importing is pretty much the same for all countries over here.

Btw, topical application of bovine ovary seems quite promising so far and its very cheap addition. I'm excited to see how it'll be like after say a month or two. So far seems like a nice idea to anyone who's going the BO route in general. If this works well enough, I think its possible to lower the entire dosage to save a bit of money and not needing as many capsules to gulp down each day. The whole thing with topical application is so amazing as it can ensure high enough dosage locally excatly where we want it.

I would be interested too.  Smile   I've been following along with this and find it quite interesting. I have only used DHEA-50 cream & SM nutrition progesto-life cream for about 2 months now. Seems to be doing a little bit better then just BO on it's own. I don't know where to get some of the other ingredients and an instruction tutorial would be nice Big Grin

I'll do it when I have time for it. I have a good idea on where to source things within EU at least, for US people and others it might be very different, but at least there will be a general idea. For example, in Japan sourcing DHEA is downright impossible, but any supplements are easy as pie. Within EU finding everything discussed in this thread should be quite effortless.

I can also do a step by step instructions on mixing and applying the whole thing, its quite a bit of work with the extended program I'm on right now, but its quite awesome as it covers breats and also hips & thighs & butt. Big Grin I think what has been said about topical DHEA and lower body thickness is quite promising so far.

Heeeey beauties! Heart

Merry Christmas you all Smile  I hope you are having a wonderful time with your loved ones. I am immersed in a case and almost rotten in hell lol. I'll be free by Tuesday and I'll get back to work on Thursday. I LOVE life hahaha.

At least this time I am religiously applying the protocol this month. I haven't skipped a day and my breasts feel very sore Blush let's see what happens.

Oh! btw! ... I'm wondering, is it possible to lose a small amount of weight (2-5 kg) and make the breasts grow at the same time? Any experience/testimony out there?

Hi SweetO, the weight loss + breast growth is definitely doable, exercise and burning fat will release estrogens and boost growth hormone levels, so both can definitely help, but depending on how you carry your body fat, this might mean losing some breast volume, which of course can be gained back later. But the combination of NBE and weight loss + exercise can be amazing, I have had at least two notable growth spurts during warm season when I can exercise easier, that combined with fasting can turn out being really good for boobs. In best case you might lose weight and still keep outgrowing your bras. Wink

HH you are a star and many thanks Hug  for the detailed topical regime.

The addition of BO is intriguing and and really interesting, so think I'll be adding that to my topical. I'm also thinking about adding derma rolling, just need to be sure of what disinfectant to use on my crappy skin and work out how to keep the roller sterilised as well.

It'll be an interesting experiment for me as I'm focused on lower half feminisation, and the current topical is definitely working slowly but surely, so adding a few extras, without breaking the bank, would be good.

Keep up the fantastic work and may the boob fairy continue to bless you throughout 2025  Hug Celebrate Heart

sopropyl Alcohol 99.9% Pure

works for me, especially one with a spray end like this.

Isopropyl Alcohol 99.9% Pure is a good suggestion, it's what I use, especially with a spray end to the bottle.

Awww, thank you. Hug I will help answer questions here to the best of my ability, as Lotus wont have the chance to be online all day. And as the TCP has turned into a cooperative effort, I'll update about everything relevant that comes up. ^_^

Dermarolling is hugely helpful with absorbtion, it can be done daily, but make sure to take 1-3 days off twice a month, or even two days a week. Skin needs time to recover from this too and it seems to help with shedding dead skin, there will be a lot as the renewal rate goes way up when you start doing it. Also dermarolling will likely help with HGF levels which for a long time was intriguing problem on how to help it.

I'm using the same rather mild disinfectant I use for cleaning injection site and vial rubber cap when taking my EV. It contains denaturated alcohol, purified water, Panthenol and Cetyl-pyridinium Cholrine. Its quite mild, does not cause skin irritation so works perfectly for my super sensitive skin. There are options of course, for me this one is the most simple as its available in all pharmacies over here. Same stuff is sold with different labels, but the ingredients are the same.

Topicals definitely work on lower body, I think DHEA is the part doing the heavy lifting about it, Lotus posted about this so the details are already here.

About boobie fairy blessings, I'm quite positive at this time, right now excited what topical BO does on higher dose. The growth pains are obvious good sign. Cool
