The Topical Cream Protocol (by Lotus & Heavens Night)

#91

HI LisaM

Many thanks for the Amazon link, much appreciated. I'll use that for the derma roller.

Hi HH

Many thanks, I forgot my sensitive skin so will also look at your suggestion thanks, I presume this mix is essentially what is in the pre-injection swabs so would be good for skin prep before injection and derma rolling.

I'm not as advanced (read brave lol ) as you so am considering a 0.75mm derma-roller, which they suggest can be used 3~4 times a week and see how that goes. I'll be using it on just my hips and thighs.

I've noticed many UK suppliers saying 'professional use only', so hopefully I'll be able to purchase a roller and now have suitable steri / skin prep solutions (thanks LisaM & HH   Heart )

I agree DHEA is the king, and thanks to your (HH) topical regime update, I'm looking at:

Revised daily topical (night time application):

- Adding DMSO gel to help absorption
- Upping RC from c.5-drops to c.30~40 drops (may need to decant the RC into a bottle with a dropper to make it easier to dose)
- Might stop mixing BO into the cayenne as quite gritty on application, but does seem to absorb)
- Add a BO cap & Multi-glandular to the DHEA/prog mix

Just need to source the DMSO, avoiding the industrial stuff, so think I've found a UK supplier who does 50% & 90% gel at a reasonable cost.

Looking forward to trying out my new regime, thanks Smile

I found DMSO on Amazon which is 20% concentration, the 80% is just typical thick lotion base with nothing extra. Its been awesome as dosing is super easy. I use about half to one teaspoon of it, same amount as two pumps from Prog or Estriol bottle.

Dermarollers I can't say much about, other than its been absolutely great, both 1mm and 1,5mm work perfectly. Just need a break of 1-3 days twice a month or once in two weeks. Or maybe take five to seven days off once a month? That could work too, daily rolling doesn't seem to do any damage, but some dryness might happen and taking breaks always ends up with a LOT of dead skin going away so exfoliating in some way could be really useful.

I'm still doing RC extract at forty drops dose and I love the stuff! I'm absolutely convinced that its a good idea and if it has the cumulative effect Lotus talked about, its even better. It seems quite a bit like what VOlufiline does, but its cheaper and has other benefits to it. Great stuff, absolutely worth it. And BO feels to be working well, it seems a lot of it does absorb, only the biggest grain is left in the morning. But with this combo overnight, wearing a top of some kind is a must.

Hi Nexum, were on Reddit @ r/NaturalBreastGrowth, I encourage everyone to check it out, talk about what worked for you, etc. The following is what I shared the other day at r/NaturalBreastGrowth. Reddit NBE lacks the experience of what we've seen work here at Breastnexum. Much of what I've seen posted on reddit NBE comes from this forum, some claiming they discovered or put the information together themselves... and mostly lacking citations (with the exception of a few). The HRT community generally thinks of NBE as a joke, lol... we know otherwise. I can say we're often imitated but not duplicated (as the saying goes).

Hi, I shared this following tip at breastnexum the other day, I was speaking of using Red Clover liquid extract, Vit D3 in organic extra virgin olive oil, Estrogel (or BioLabs E1/E2) in that order. It absorbs okay, 5-10mins.
https://www.breastnexum.com/showthread.php?tid=17436&page=503

On page one (of the X-thread https://www.breastnexum.com/showthread.php?tid=17436 ) I discuss vitamin D3 as it relates to breast health and growth. Listed therein is scientific evidence how Vit D3 stimulates IGF-1 and supports E2… and protects against cancer.

I prefer D3 with organic extra virgin olive oil. I use an 18 gauge needle (you use what works for you, be careful as they are slippery little suckers) pierce the vit D3 capsule… one capsule spread per breast areola.

Presently, I apply the mix to my areolas (nipples too), it's okay if mixture fans out past areola (factoring in for those with small areolas) around bedtime (my preferred time). Individual results may vary. In my trial, the next morning I woke up to see a widened areola and a wider base of the whole area.

Putting the skin applications all together (I've shared here) I can see running two days of each application worthy of trying. Meaning, a two day application of DHEA that improves breast atrophy, followed by 2 days of progesterone cream (or P4 gel). Then followed by a BioLabs E1/E2 cream… or the procedure I posted above. In other words, using the 2 day mixed method covers certain aspects of breast growth, imho.

In 2016 I shared the following information about MSM. It was long before we understood the potential of what MSM could do.

Growth Hormones create new receptors, lactate triggers HGH. HIIT also triggers repair peptides, which helps fight the free radicals, in other words tissue repair. You could supplement pre or post workout with MSM, imo supplementing pre-workout would synergistically work with HGH. Make sleeping part of the fasting process, create your own schedule to manage time limits.

Mechanism of Action: Hormones with Cell Surface Receptors

MSM does many things, top of the list is breast cancer protection. Indirectly to NBE, MSM upregulates growth hormone, which is essential for breast growth as we know. If we take a lead from this first study we see a possible link towards NBE, but it leans towards favoring males in the liver. I'll look further though. Smile

MSM-(new findings)

Growth hormone (GH) is a regulator of bone growth and bone metabolism. GH activates several signaling pathways such as the Janus kinase (Jak)/signal transducers and activators of transcription (STAT) pathway, thereby regulating expression of genes including insulin-like growth factor (IGF)-1. GH exerts effects both directly and via IGF-1, which signals by activating the IGF-1 receptor (IGF-1R).
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/23071812

Transcription of the genes encoding both ERα (Esr1) and ERβ (Esr2) is stimulated by PRL through the Jak2–Stat5 pathway and Stat5-response elements that are located in each of the Esr promoters.
http://www.cell.com/trends/endocrinology...0030-4.pdf

This means MSM stimulates the stat5 pathway and thereby in the process stimulates estrogen receptors, (ERα (Esr1) and ERβ (Esr2)... awesome huh?. Finally, the connection is clear.

I wasn't aware of the reddit link before, I'll join now, I know from any time NBE is mentioned on any of the trans subreddits it gets comprehensively negatively voted on and commented.

Personally, I believe that each complement the other although obviously you'll get far more bang for your buck from HRT.

Happy new year (tomorrow) to everyone, I'll post in my own thread around the 1 yr mark and discuss what a year on HRT/NBE has been like for me and my wife.

Keep fighting Lotus.   Smile

Reddit sucks and trans spaces online suck too. There's a big cohort in the "scene" who are absolutely against anything that deviates from conventional HRT or plastic surgery and we all know how wrong they are. That's why I think BN serves a very special spot as a lot is discussed here which is verboten elsewhere.

Little sidenote about topical BO, it seems that with absorbtion is quite good, I would approxmate that at least two thirds or even 75% of the bovine ovary powder is completely absorbed morning after. Some big grain residue stays on the top I wear overnight, but when I go take a quick shower, there's very little of anything left on my breasts. DHEA powder absorbs so close to 100%, there's no way to even tell it has been there, only things left is some bigger grains of BO and tiny bit of olive oil.

So far it seems this method can definitely work. I'm a bit sad having to stay off of cayenne, but it obviously made skin irritation worse, I'm fine with treating dryness to keep the ezcema at bay, but with added skin irritation it was just too much. But I'm happy to note that none of the other ingredients in use cause any problems, it was obviously the capsiacin doing it.

Also a note about RC extract, I think Lotus was correct about its cumulative effect, much like what Volufiline does. I'm now in my third month on it and it feels like my growth spurt is speeding up rather than slowing down. It seems clear by now that its a good idea to keep RC going on in the long run. Especially if you do the smaller dose, that way it can last for many months. I think one of the 30ml bottles could last at least four to six, on the high dose I'm on, they last a month almost to the day, but I'm sure less could work just fine. Perhaps I will try to lower the dose at some point because if the effect is cumulative, then lowering the dose at some point will be compensated to and the stock will last longer while breast development might keep up the same pace.

Absorption is definitely the key element.

My mix for my lower half of RC, prog cream and dhea leaves zero residue at all, and now I've added 1 cap of BO, which is a bit grainy but I reckon c.80~90%% is absorbed overnight.

I'm just waiting stock of RC, Cayenne and multi-glandular, so I'll add 1 cap of multi-glandular to the mix.

My original Cayenne I dissolved BO into it, but it never fully dissolved, whereas adding it to the prog, dhea,RC mix seems to get better absorption, so debating on using cayenne on its own, as the BO seems to absorb better in the prog/dhea mix.

I've been using the RC quite sparingly at 6~10 drops per mix, but HH's experience suggests I need more so will up it to c.15~20 drops per mix.

As absorption is key, I'm now looking at DMSO, but seems like a lot of it is industrial, which I presume is no good for this!

I've been doing Lotus's areola topical as well which seems to be working slowly but surely, apply MCT oil to each areola and nipple, leave it to soak in a few minutes than one pea size blob of Estrogel and c.4 drops of RC on each.

Oddly, some days my areolas have a definite increasing in diameter, whereas other days they seem to revert back to their normal size, I'd say a good 5mm difference is observable. I must dig out my Vernier callipers and start measuring them properly LOL

My areolas fluctuate a lot, especially with warmth, but I have noted how estrogen levels seem to have an effect and also if I've done topicals or taken a day off. Like today my areolas are a bit smaller as the house isn't super warm and I didn't do topicals yesterday.

The RC etc., have very obvious areola expanding effect. Bovine ovary does it too, so its interesting to see what the topical application will do given some time. I'm quite confident about it absorbing well, almost all of it is gone by morning.

DMSO is great for what it does, but we definitely do not want too high concentration or too high dosage. Interestingly it might be capable of exciting fat cell division, it will make skin more elastic and allows hugely improved absorbtion. But too high doses might actually end up killing fat cells and we don't want that. I think its the best to use 10% - 20% concentration and dosage can be moderate, it works amazingly and doesn't need to be overdone. So far it seems that there are no notable side effects either when its done like this.

I always understood applying Oestrogen directly to breasts as a bad idea due to the increased risk of breast cancer.
