Hey Ninja,
Thanks for the interest! No date set yet, I still have a couple of Dr. sign offs I need to get, and I've promised myself that I'm not moving forward before I get back under 200lbs (currently 212 lbs). My tentative date is mid late January.
I probably won't end up with much additional projection from my current size after a good pump session, but I'll have much better shape with a lot more fullness in my lower breast poles and side boobs.

Quick update:
It's been about a month since I stopped the "topical protocol", and using DHEA, P4, and BI-Est 5, and my weight is down about 6lbs+, 215+ to 209 this morning. I'm pleased with the results, particularly since for the last 12 days I've been a bit under the weather and haven't been to the gym and eating more than I should. I doubt I'll hit my sub 200lb goal (91kg)by the end of the year, but I think before the end of January is quite realistic. I'll be talking with the PS' office this week about possible surgery dates in early Feb.

Quick update:
Deposits paid and surgery set for February 4.
Also, I thought I was locked in on 800cc, but final size is still a bit up in the air. I'm waiting for some more input from the PS, and checking out a new set of simulated photos coming from his office. The final size will definitely be at least 700cc, and likely the 800cc I've been wanting, but with the new info coming I can wait another couple of days.
Also, for anyone interested the FDA has finally approved the XL silicone implants from Mentor. The new larger sizes will run from 930cc to 1445cc and should be available starting about the middle of next year. This has absolutely no on impact on my decision because 800cc is as big as I'd ever consider going, but my very close trans friend has wanted to upgrade from her current 800cc implants to 1,100cc or 1,200cc, but has been hesitating because she didn't want to go with saline, which has been her only option. Now she's free to move forward as soon as the new sizes come on the market.
