Starting

#1

Today I have started my journey in NBE.  I had tried once before many years ago, and had limited (at best) results.

After reading many of the comments on here, I think I have developed a much better regiment that will hopefully lead to much better results.  Here is a break down of my regiment.

PM: 2,000 mg per day (1,000 in the morning and evening)
DR: 1,800 mg per day (900 morning and evening)
WP: 1,030 mg per day (515 morning and evening)
Reishi Mushrooms 1,000 mg per day (500 morning and evening)
Fish oil 500 mg per day (morning)
Maca 500 mg per day (evening)

My plan is to increase PM gradually over time.  After a month or so increase it to 3,000 per day.  I also will be adding a calcium supplement too.

My goals are to see increased breast growth (obviously), increased areola growth (currently ~nickel to quarter sized. Hoping for at least double to tripling of size).  Increased nipple size.  The plan is once they get big enough I plan to pierce my nipples and navel as I see those as very feminine.

I'm also looking for decreased muscle mass, decreases in both size and functionality of my penis as the whole goal is to eventually live full time as a transwoman.  Any advise/tips are greatly appreciated.

Hi Sgreen86, I’m not expert on NBE, but I would suggest you to be careful with PM and not to go too high with dosage. PM is known to have high risk of blood clots. Personally when I was on PM (1000mg a day) in only three months I had fast breast growth, but also I had problems of fatigue and leg cramps. All symptoms disappeared stopping PM and switching to BO.
Obviously everyone responds differently to PM, but It’s safe stay on low dosages and be patient for results.

I'd also recommend going slow on the PM.  I started with only 500mg per day and within a week or two I was in the hospital for 4 nights with blood clots in my liver.  I've been on blood thinners ever since though I'm hoping to stop after my next checkup.

Welcome aboard sgreen86,

I'd too would be very wary of high doses of PM, so do listen to your body very carefully.

If your goal is to transition you'll need to be on HR, but as a start personally, I would skip the herbs altogether and go straight onto Bovine Ovary (BO) along with a topical regime.

Everyone reacts differently to herbs / BO but from my experience herbs are only good to get you started and everyone should avoid high dosing PM, whereas BO with a good topical regime is by far more effective.

Good luck with your regime and remember to, there's lots of very friendly peeps on here who can help.

Hello sgreen,

With transitioning as your eventual goal, why not go with HRT instead? It'll take time to find what type of HRT works best for you, especially with getting your T levels suppressed for E to work its magic. Depending on your accessibility to HRT, it might actually be cheaper to go with that compared to what you might be spending on the herbal options.

Hi sgreen,
I agree with everyone else. When using PM it's best to start low and watch for dtv symptoms and only increase slowly if all is going well, always watching for DVT. I also agree, if becoming a full time trans woman then you may want to jump straight to HRT under a doctors care, in the USA it's easy and readily accessible, other countries have different requirements. Best of success on your journey no matter what route you take.

I had major blood clots from PM, and while I had great progress and growth, I spent a week in hospital, and will be on blood thinners for rest of my life, and can only low dose anything.
