When I started this journey a few years ago I read multiple strings on the forum trying to figure out what to route i wanted to take. Like you, I am not interested in transition, I already have natural breast growth, very little body hair and love dressing feminine, I wanted more feminine breasts and if the feminine features came with it that was a a bonus.

I stayed away from PM because of the risk of DVT and went straight to BO and a few accompanying supplements. I did that for 2 years with good results, I grew 2 cup sizes and a little fat distribution. At the end of 2 years I really liked the feminine shape that was starting to take place but I was spending a lot on BO and other supporting supplements, so after some thought I did a some research on E and decided to take the plunge.

I found an online service called Folx who serve all 50 united states and have doctors and it is all done via video visit, they take certain insurance in most states, and will prescribe medication to your pharmacy, mine are covered under my insurance, if you don't have insurance most pharmacies have discount cards.

I understand that E sounds like a bridge too far but it's really not. I like that it's much cheaper, does the same thing but quicker and more efficiently. The problem with PM and BO is they don't work for everyone.

Thought I would share some insight on my experience, since it sounds like we are in a similar situation.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience. It sounds like you and I are on the same page with this.

I was really hoping the PM and maybe some kind of AA would get me where I want, but more and more, it's not looking that way. It's very discouraging considering how long I've been reading posts on here, most pointing to PM working the best.

I did do some research and came across Folx, but like anything else on the internet, I assumed it was a scam. Especially since I've never heard of them before. But I will definitely look into it because I'm seeing that nothing will work like the real thing. So I just might have to cave and go with E, at least for a little while until I reach the results I'm looking for. I don't want to take this TOO far. I do have good insurance so I'm pretty sure cost won't be an issue.

Hi Slim,

Some great advice here.

Being very simplistic, PM can and does work up to a point, but has DVT risks, takes the longest and is the most expensive. BO is cheaper, works well, is quicker and gives better results than PM, and starts overall body feminisation as well. However for whatever reason BO doesn't work for all! HRT gives the best results by far, is quicker, more efficient, costs far less and works for the vast majority if not all people.

To share my story to supplement Tomi's, my goals were get rid of the problems T was causing me and grow a decent B/C cup fem shaped boobs, as its more shape than size I'm after, all while staying male.

I achieved budding and small breasts with the PM but that took an age and was damned expensive, BO gave better breast growth over a shorter period of time, kick started my lower body feminisation and was a little cheaper.

Once I had curves up top I realised that I needed matching lower half curves and that was when I decided to switch to HRT, which I'm on now. In the few months I've been on HRT it has delivered much fuller and more fem shaped breasts and is really starting to feminise my lower curves more, along with being considerably cheaper.

Releasing the cash that I would have spent on BO, I now use some of that to fund my topical regime, which I honestly believe, along with others, is a real gamechanger. As such I'd suggest every regime should include a decent topical component.

What has surprised me since being on BO then HRT is the realisation that I run far better on E than on T.

I'm loving all the benefits that E brings - less eczema, more energy, better concentration levels, less hair loss on top, happier in myself, I look after myself more and best of all, I honestly feel 10-years or more younger.

My end goal hasn't changed other in the addition of wanting lower half curves and I still have zero desire to transition, so am staying male and enjoying everything that E brings Smile

You clearly are approaching your journey correctly, doing the research, asking questions etc, so whatever regime you choose it'll be the right one for YOU; good luck with your journey.

Wee2er,
Not to hijack the thread, but our path and goals are very similar, except i was afraid of DVT so I skipped PM. Estradiol has given me the curves that I was looking for, and gotten my breasts to bud, which BO never quite got me there, just right on the edge.
