HELP WITH PROGRAM

#1

So, I have been taking 3x 750mg of Ainterol and using the breast cream 2x a day for about a month now. Making a little bit of progress. Its not lost on me that this is a marathon not a sprint but anything that might expedite a little would be lovely.

After reading alot of posts and consuming much information, whew was there alot, I have put together a potential regimen. What I need from you lovely people is some guidance on dosages and frequencies. Any additions or deletions from the plan....I am all ears. If I have too much going on, help me adjust for the best potential for results.

Also, I would like to maintain as much libido and functionality as possible but still grow my breasts and hopefully a butt, hips and thighs for a nice feminine look.

My planned regimen:

PM
PM CREAM
RED CLOVER
DHEA
GABA
MACA
FENNEL
PEONY ROOT
RED REISHI (Maybe?)

There it is my lovelies........help me to success.

Hi BillieA, I cannot suggest ideal dosages and frequency for you, but I can tell you what worked for me months ago.

Before switching to BO I was on:
Ainterol PM 500 x 2
Hivital Red Reishi 10000mg x 1
MSM 800mg x 2
Vitamin D3 2000 UI x 2
Calcium citrate 500mg x 1

I’ve budded in about three months and then added to the regimen Progesterone and DHEA  creams on breast one time a day.

Pay attention with PM, it have high risk of blood clots. Personally I’ve switched to BO because PM was giving me fatigue and leg cramps.

Thank you for your information not to take over the post but I do have one quick question. The ones that have x2 did you take them both at the same time or twice a day? I'm really torn between the 2 options. Especially for the PM. Not sure if a higher initial dose each day is better that bumping it up 2x a day. Thank you again

Hey hi!

I was curious what brands for MSM, D3 and Calcium you were using?
Would you mind sharing?

Hey hi Billie,

My most effect regime was 4 times daily. Your mileage may vary.  Also worth pointing out that general feminization of form and full male functionality are at odds with each other and additional supplements may be required to keep things up as it were. [Image: tongue.gif]

From various posts and comments from Lotus and overs, I understand that the hormone cycle runs about every 90 minutes or so and therefore the best cadence would be every 4 hours.  Since we loose 1-2 dosages to sleep (also very important so no sense setting an alarm to take supplementsBig Grin  ) that works out for 4 times a day:

morning on waking (T is highest around 8am, I believe)
afternoon
evening
before bed

Another comment that gets repeated frequently is that supplements should be taken at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after eating for optimum absorption.

Hope this helps, others please correct me if I have anything here wrong.
