Hi, i have some doubts about progynova. Ia better take It oraly or sublingual. I know i need Blood test, but i need ro say i trying avoid Antiandrogen. 
Is 4 mg good start and increase in case i feel ok first with 2 mg. In 4 days i have apointment with my doctor and i tell him my plan for feminizer my body. 

I see in so many sites IS better take It sublingual. Is true? Thanks.

Progynova is meant to be taken orally, its afaik non micronised, so it doesn't absorb well otherwise. I took it for a short while before switching to EV injection and I hated it, it didn't feel to work at all on me.
