Reading that again, I think Connie was talking about themself and it wasn't aimed at me.
Bit of a whiplash suddenly reading about someone's sexual practises, sure, but is it really ban-worthy?

Journal update 

I've upped the dosage for RR and PG because I seemed to tolerate smaller dosages okay and didn't feel like much was happening. My boobs swelled up a lot, which is nice, but it's not just my boobs, I feel like my body retains water a lot more. I'll have to see if this goes down on its own or I need to reduce dosage.

Mentally, I'm feeling oddly feminine and got a strong urge to crossdress, weird how this desire pops up every 1-2 months regularly. I go through this 1-2 week intense sissy/femme period then and it goes away for a while. Gender/body dysphoria I guess?

My current daily program
-2500 mg pueraria mirifica
-2000 mg red reishi
-progesterone cream on breasts 1x a day

Funny you should say you feel more feminine and desire to dress enfem every month or so. I get the same feeling every month around a full moon sounds crazy but the urge to dress enfem is strong --- when I have the chance I dress full makeup, dress and heels- feels so complete.  Wish I could reveal this to the wife and do it openly but I don't think she would go for it. My boob growth luckily was confirmed by a Dr as gynecomastia  so my continued boob growth is something she accepts as medical (lucky me). Your boobs are amazing for some reason I had to stop mPM as it was upsetting my stomach badly. I mix PM and red clover and apply to my boobs daily -areola have gotten bigger and I pump every day. Love the feeling of having boobs

It really is kinda consistently cyclical, maybe it really is tied to moon phase? 
I've noticed this for a few years now and I wonder what causes it.
But doing NBE has definitely made the femme phases longer and have shorter pauses between them - probably because I now have bigger and more noticeable reminders on my chest at all times. And well, taking herbal hormones and masssaging progesterone into them daily is not a "manly" activity either. 
Maybe one day the dam breaks and I get to wear at least a bra full-time around my wife - who knows.
