I have a small, electric breast milk nursing pump, but I also have a over the whole breast, manual noogleberry pump. My question is this. Would using the nursing pump in a attempt to induce lactation cause permanent growth? Or would my time be better spent pumping with the noogleberry to gain permanent growth?

In order to lactate your breasts need the lobules, milk ducts etc I 'm not sure a nurse pump would produce those unless you are on some forum of HRT. There are people more knowledgeable than I'm that would know Lotus is the expert

Hello I use Noogleberry pumps and Snakebite cups in addition to NBE. My results took 7 years but I went from flat to a 44 D with over 4 inches gained and I gained nearly 3 inches on my areola. The results are permanent but on pumping days I get fairly swollen and wet from lactation. I used a medium cup set then a large cup set now a XL cup set. My Large set is completely full. My method uses a snakebite set below the Noogleberry cups. I was able to measure about 8 tablespoons of milk.

I'm no expert but I would think HRT since 2014 you must have developed complete breasts- tanner stage 5?. Using the nursing pump multiple times a day I would think would induce lactation over time, from what I have read consistence and frequency is the key. Good luck and keep us posted on your success.

I'm not sure what tanner stage i'm at, but I am trying to get mine as large as possible without extra surgery so now that I've been on HRT for so long I'm trying alternate methods in addition to it. Hope that doesn't make me selfish ^^'

Your boobs look awesome and my guess at least stage 4 or 5 --areola are very nice and so large. There is no hiding those boobies ---nothing wrong with boob greed. If you what to lactate the drug  Domperidone  can cause lactation but I don't think it is available in the states. Others have tried it here maybe they can help you.  14 years on HRTis a long time  other than boobs have you notice any other changes less hair, softer skin etc

Yeah, I used to be alot hairier and my skin is softer. Also my ass has grown alot too!
