Hi Heavens Night,

How do you apply the drops, do you mix it with any other topicals and how many times a day.

Sorry for the questions just need to try adding to my BO 2000mg daily routine as I've not really noticed any change after 5 months at this dosage apart from shrinking testicle and penis. I had tried adding fenugreek but felt no changes so gave up on that and I'm now trying a perimenopause supplement with red clover supplements.

Hi, i mix everything else together at first, let DHEA and BO abosrb for a while, then apply the mix to cover entire breasts, wipe extra off and apply that to hips + butt + thighs. Then apply RC extract separetely, ten drops directly over areolas, other ten drops on entire breast, the total comes to 40 drops daily. Then I wait 10-15min to let everything absorb and put on a top so the mix wont mess up bed sheets.

BO might be a bit weird on if it works or not, there's individual differences which we are yet to pinpoint a reason for. It is specualted to be body core temperature or genetic predisposition which makes or breaks it. But it also takes time.

Hello!  I am not sure if this the correct thread to ask this, but I was recently using Bi-Est 2.5 (0.5 mcg estradiol and 2 mcg estriol) using scrotal application.  Normally I didn’t have any side effects however twice in about a month time frame I came down with what felt like terrible post nasal drip followed by insomnia and a mild cold for a couple of days, this was usually after I used one more pump than recommended at a time.  The first time I chalked up to coincidence but the twice in a little over a month.  Just wondering if anybody experienced anything similar with estradiol gels/creams, suggestions, recommendations moving forward, decided to take a break from it for now.  Thanks!

It sounds like there is a decrease in E2, which is too fast. Apply twice a day and on some other body parts so it doesn't absorb that fast. Or switch to Een. The half-life of E2 is short; that's why injections of E2 esters are better - they convert to E2 slowly, so there are no such big waves. That cream is 0.02% E2 - just 3x lower than HRT estrogel.

do you mean decrease or increase??  I think I may have just used a bit too much and should’ve done just one pump elsewhere like you suggested?  For other reasons, I’m probably holding off on the bio identical estradiol and going back to herbal for more subtle effects, but would like to figure this out for future!
