The Topical Cream Protocol (by Lotus & Heavens Night)

Good to see you HH, have missed your posts  Hug

Got to agree, topical is a game changer :Smile

You have clearly upped the ante and can clearly see your extra growth, all exciting for your surgery, so hope you can tie a date down soon.

Look forward to your post as I think you use your RC and cayenne better than I am, so it'll be good to know more.

Hi all, thank you for this nicely detailed thread. I'm interested in starting with a topical program but I do have a question that I haven't been able to find an answer on by lurking yet:
Is it possible to target one breast that is lagging behind so that it evens out? I was hoping with topical that it might be possible with area of application, but I didn't know how effective that'd be.

Yes it is possible. Only do it one side. However, as TCP tends to help fix breast atrhopy, your now lagging one might end up not just bigger, much more mature looking, so you may end up doing the same on the other side too. But yes topicals can be aimed, even at specific areas which does work to some extent. I have noticed this when I added dermarolling as a preparation, I rolled a whole lot in the areas i wanted to target and those have filled in really well.

I have shfted the area to focus on several times, currently its my areoalas and immediate surrounding area as I restarted cayenne extract with BO and dropped RC extract dose in half, but use it only on and around areola. Mainly this is about saving something as everything costs a pretty penny, but the effect is obvious as my areolas have widened.

Also, you should do a lot of massage on the breast that's lagging behind, better blood flow and heat helps.

Hi I'm Dominique and new to the forums...I'm interested in a topical cream regimen but can't seem to find an actual regimen ( I could be wrong but didn't find one reading through most of this thread).  Can someone post there regimen, products used and instructions on use?  Many thanks

Its been repeated many times, I have posted about mine in detail and just updated what goes in it a while ago. Here it is again.

Topicals:
DHEA micronised powder 100mg (Four 25mg capsules empties.)
Estradiol hemihydrate gel 2mg every other day, alternating with progesterone
Volufiline (100%) oil 5 drops
Bovine Ovary powder in Cayenne extract, 10 drops on areolas
Red Clover extract 10 drops on areaolas
Vitamin D3 oil 20000iu
Progesterone 400mg every other day.
Split 200mg boofed, 200mg topical, emptied capsule with what's left, orally.

Absorbtion enchancers:
DMSO 20% cream, 1ts
Dermaroll 1,5mm daily

Mix everything together except cayenne and RC extracts. Spray a bit of disinfectant so breasts are absolutely clean, then dermaroll everything, apply topicals, any extra goes on hips, butt and thighs. Then add Cayenne and RC extracts on areaolas only.

There are some variations tested out, mine is a bit more extensive than the basic program which at its core is DHEA, estradiol gel and progesterone. My program adds few pieces to it as absorbtion enhancing and growth factor boosting side show and has shown to be effective. The point is that its possible to mix and match other ingredients to make it work even better, but you're fine with nothing more than the main ingredients. Boosting IGF-1, HGF, PPAR-y etc. is just a nice icing on the titty cake. Big Grin

It would easily mix with the rest of the ingredients and I think 20-40 drops might be enough. At least with cayenne and cinnamon extracts these rather low doses seem to be enough. I presume with RC same would apply if its just strong enough.
Swanson has a Red Clover Extract in alcohol.  Is this a good brand to use (for growing my areolas, which sadly are the same size as pre-HRT)?

If not, what are some recommended brands?

Thanks!

I didn't know they do, that's interesting. Alcohol can be helpful for absorbtion, this is why I think the cayenne extract with BO is working as the strong alcohol allows greater absorbtion rate. Might work well with Red Clover too. The one I have is Natures Answer brand bought from iHerb, bottle says 2000mg per millilitre which is about twenty drops. I've been using five per breast for quite some time now, after cayenne, on areolas only. Idea is to save the good stuff as it doesn't seem to require huge dose when its absorbed well enough.

Thanks, Heaven!  I ended up getting a brand Lotus recommended:  BioKrauter Red Clover (no alcohol).

I just tried using it, putting 10 drops only on each areola...Ummmm...HOW do you get it to stay there long enough to absorb, it just ran all over, like water.  Do I need to mix it will all the other stuff (P, E, DHEA, etc.) and, if so, how do you only put it on the areolas?

I put it on the cream mixture which is a bit sticky. Then add few drops and rub it in a bit. Right now very lightly because fat transfer recovery means no pressure on breasts at all. So few drops at a time, then sit down and wait it to absorb for a while, then wear a top or tshirt so it wont make a mess. And then wash off what is left next morning. If you use something to enhance absorbtion, it gets much quicker.

OK, I'll try this.
