I am trying sometime different I think.  I have been applying JNS Bioidentical Estrogen 200 mg cream (natural estrogen) and BEST 7.0 Pro Bio-Indental Estrogen body cream (7000mg/pump).  Different times, just started. I was wondering if either of these will increase the sensitivity of my nipples or increase the nipple size?  Any side effects? I may have noticed some leg cramping. 
I have not noticed much sensitivity increase in the nipples.

I apply bio identical estrogen cream to my  breasts, hips and buttocks twice a day. It seems to really be helping my rear. I think it's helping with my breasts also. I too have been getting leg cramps but started taking potassium at night and that seems to help.
