Hello. I've been really bothered by that "thing" down there for a while now. I just want those two unnecessary balls not hanging there.Does anyone else have these feelings? How do you deal with this feeling? What can I do to make them go away? I don't like them, I want them to stop, to disappear from there. I want advice and methods from you.  Sad

Yes, many of us feel that way. I have not done anything about it as my life circumstances are complicated around my gender feelings. You will have to seek medical advice to go this route. You also might have to talk to a therapist before a doctor will do this surgery.

  • Orchiectomy: A surgical procedure to remove one or both testicles.

Thank you for your understanding answer ❤️ I would primarily look for a DIY method to solve the "problem".

Hi Kcsab
I have a feeling that talking about DIY castration is beyond the scope of this forum. There are a lot of websites out there that focus on extreme body modifications for males, with hundreds of people talking about the pros and the cons. I would suggest you google it and subscribe to a more specialised forum.

look up tucking in the trans context. best you can do without removal. theres  a place you can put the testes that make them not have much of an outside profile and combined with tucking you wont have to worry as much. be careful though cause doing something like this too wrong can give you a hernia or something. but like, you'll feel a lot of pain before you do serious damge so just dont be an idiot.
