I am currently taking 5mg of Finasteride, which is an anti-androgen. From today, 21st March 2025 I have started taking 250mg of Peurara Mificara twice a day. This will increase to to 500mg twice a day in the coming weeks.
Wil this give me the feminisation that I desire, any thoughts or advice?

So far so good, I have been taking 250mg of PM each day and there has been some growth of my breasts, as well as much improved complexion. see the attached photos.
Nice, I noticed skin changes over time on lower doses, but didn't get breast sensitivity and growth until going higher on the dosage.
I am using red reishi and spirement tea though as I don't have access to anything else to lower the T.
Of course I see the more significant changes when remaining consistent, typically in the winter time, but when summer comes I just stop because I know I won't be consistent due to travel and alot of different events going on.

Bonjour! J'ai fais une recherche sur Finasteride et je suis tombé sur votre publication.
J'ai un HPB et je pense demander à mon médecin de changer mon Tamsulosin 4 mg pour la Finasteride 5 mg.
Pouvez-vous nous donner une mise à jour depuis votre dernière publication sur le effets secondaires et autres?

Its mind blowing, how many different ways can Pueraria Mirifica be mistyped.... I've seen gazillion typos before, but "peurara mificara" is a new one. Its not that difficult to get right. lol. xD
What comes to PM and Fina, latter isn't the best blocker, but adrogen suppression one way or another is key to body changes. PM does mild changes at best, Its slow and inefficient and comes with a blood clot risk. But its also simple. I would rather recommend conventional HRT, glandulars or the topical cream protocol, or a combo of these. Then there's all the things for boosting growth hormone and growth factors which is well established to be efficient. Such as vitamin D3 + MSM + calcium citrate combo. And combinations of amino acids, and exercise and so on.

If I may ask, what brand of PM are you taking?
When I was on PM, I was using Ainterol's PM.
I was briefly on finasteride for an anti-androgen (was previously on Spiro) for my HRT regime, but would eventually switch to eligard.
