Hello lovely ladies/gents!

Making this thread as a personal progress log as well as keeping myself honest on writing down changes to my regiment.

I've been on HRT for about 7-8 months (EV injections, values at bottom of post), while I have gotten some pretty decent results I am trying to do the best I can with what I have available. I am using some minor NBE techniques/supplements, but planning on ramping up these in the coming months.
Before HRT I did have some minor gyno, probably would have fit a B cup then, but for obvious reasons, I wasn't exactly measuring in those years, but I imagine that has some effect on my current measurements.

Currently, I am consistently measuring 44 in. underbust and 49-50 in. bust (although, my measurements could be off by an inch or 2 as I am not a tailor), doesn't look like much with such a wide torso but I am happy with it as a starting point.
An open question for me is what tanner stage I am in, I don't trust myself to make that assessment, so I have attached current photos if anyone would like to chime in from their own knowledge. (pls ignore the weight, 70lbs down but I know I still have a ways to go)

I am looking forward to chronicling my journey here, and hoping to satisfy some of my boob greed in the process!
Listing my current regiment below, if anyone knows any optimizations that could be made I'd love to know! I am planning on changing things, but until then below is current for me.

HRT & NBE Info

HRT
EV Injections - ~4mg every 7 days - Levels seem consistent, my body hates T so don't seem to need an anti-androgen.

NBE Supplements
MSM - 1000 mg ~every day
Magnesium Citrate - 500 mg ~every day
Green Tea Extract - 400mg ~every day

Misc Supplements
Creatine - ~5g ~every day

NBE Actions(?)
Breast Pumping - ~2 hours of pumping ~every day - Don't currently have pressure gauges for this, so, kind of just winging the amount of pressure on vibes
Rudimentary Strength Training - Weight lifting roughly every other day - Not necessarily NBE related, but have heard it helps release some growth factors which may help the girls!

Hello everyone, been a little under a month, but I wanted to post another set of progress measurements and photos!

This last month I've made some minor changes to my program, but nothing too crazy. Added in some D3 & Omega-3 supplements into the mix for mainly just general health, but if they help with my boob greed that'll be a nice bonus. I have also been adding some red clover oil on my areolas over the last month, about 5 drops on each about everyday.

Overall my breasts are feeling a little fuller, and I think my areolas feel a little larger/puffier, but that could just be placebo talking.

Gym time seems to be showing a little at least, my under-bust is steadily coming down, looking to be 42-43 inches now, which has been a nice improvement!
Bust-wise, my measurements are staying around 50 inches now, up or down an inch depending on factors I am not quite sure of, as of now I am just going to chalk it up to measuring technique inconsistency on my part unless I can find a better explanation.

Not too much change but trying to live by the adage that what gets tracked gets managed! As always, if anyone notices anything strange/ill-advised in my routine always happy to have some feedback!

EV Injections - ~4mg every 7 days - Had some injection leaking this month which I noticed probably dropped my levels a bit, but have fixed my issued that were causing the leaking so hopefully any inefficiencies from that will be short-lived.

NBE Supplements

Topical Treatments
Red Clover - ~5 drops per areola ~every day - Need to get some more exact measurements on the amount as I don't want to do the math at this moment to figure out how diluted what I currently am using is.

NBE Actions
Breast Pumping - ~2 hours of pumping ~once a week - I have found this extremely hard to keep up with in day to day life. The pump is pretty cumbersome and there isn't many times in a day where I have 2 hours that I am not doing something that would accidentally break the seal on my chest. Plan to get back to this but it has definitely been on the back-burner this month.
Rudimentary Strength Training - Weight lifting roughly every other day
