I am planing to try rectal BO, using powder from Swanson's capsules. Anybody having experience regarding the base to which to mix it, and dosage, when combined with EE injections?

Hi Teddy,

There's a couple of ways, split the capsule into 5ml warm water and mix, then use a kids medicine syringe to administer. You don't need to stick it up far, just in is more than enough.
Alternative, which I find easier is to lube your hole, anything will do oils - coconut, olive, cream, spittle, or whatever. Insert the whole cap again doesn't have to be pushed up far. I sometimes syringe 5ml of water up afterwards, but not always.

If you do use water, make sure it's only a small volume.

I've done this for years and found whichever way, the powder/cap takes a few hours to dissolve, so it's important that you've done your no.2 ideally a couple of hours beforehand.

Thank you! I am also wondering dosage. I have bought Swansons 250 mg "Ovarian Glandular" capsules. Is it so that by rectal the effect is better, and not so much is required as by oral route? I have currently planned one capsule twice a day. Is it enough when I started injecting EEn 5mg / 7 days as well?

It depends on a few things,, your goals and does BO work for you!
I'd say two caps/ day is a good starting point.
If taken rectal it by passes the the liver so should be more effective.
I'm doing just the one swanson BO and I do it at night time.
