how to combine estrogen and progesterone cream?

Is it ok to apply them alternating on balls and chest? Like morning chest estrogen and balls progesterone and in the evening the other way around?

I apply to my butt, hips & thighs prog daily and every other day estrogel.

Along with other stuff for my topical regime.

Do you pick the same spot for both in these 2 days?

Est every other day, applied with the prog in the same area.
They say you should change where you apply the cream(s), as I'm only applying to my lower half there isn't too much area to go at. As such I'll miss the odd day when my skin feels a bit overloaded.
