my project

Heart

Hi everyone i've made myself a program that fits me.
I'm curious about the speed and intensity of the programm but anyway i will tell you everything along the journey.

Note that it's only a theoric program for now, i still need to buy the supplies (if you can recommend me brands that have great result, are not too expensive and can be bought for France)

anyway, here is it for the first few weeks :

- Apply heat on breast
- Progesterone cream
- Massage while progesterone cream is still on the skin (will do a mix of chi, lymphatic drainage and chiyomilk massage)
- Pump for 15-20min after massage

I will do this twice a day, once in the morning after breakfast and one after work around 18h.
also, i will add ustrogestan 200mg and Estradiol 1mg per day.

I still don't know if i need to loose weight (65Kg) to 60Kg then start the program and gain mass (so i help the growth). If you can help me on that matter i will be very thankfull.

In combination to this pump/massage i will do exercise for the upper body (and also to loose belly fat but it's optional).

Once i sense the mass under the aerola i will add spironolactone 50mg and domperidone 10mg 2x per day.

I will also report weekly progress with full chart and photos (if i manage to remember to do so  Big Grin)

is there other products you recommend me ? I see that pueraria, red reishi, bovine ovary and saw palmetto can greatly help but don't know the synergies with my body so i want to start first, see result and go further after that.

Anyway thanks in advance for your advices and help !

P.S : how do you take picture of yourself ? I want to do front, side, top, bottom pic but it's always messy and weird in my taste.

Weight gain and weight cycling can help a lot, but keep in mind that to get the gains to correct spots, you need to have female hormone balance to tell your body to do it right. We all have the genetic code for both masculine and feminine ways of carrying weight, but hormone balance and just piure genetic luck is a determining factor.

Your idea about weight gain during breast development is correct, that's the way to make sure you'll get everything out of the fat accumulation to your breasts. Note that fat cells need the support structure in place so they have a place to grow on, which means that there's more potential space for fatty tissue once youre breast tissues develop further. For making sure this works in your favour, the topical cream protocol (search and read that thread) is highly useful, and simpler method is the MSM + vitamin D3 + Calcium citrate combo.

If I were you, I would stay away from PM due to the blood clot risk. Bovine Ovary can be amazing or a totally useless experiement, there's a lot of randomness on who benefits from it, but you can find out by testing it on different doses.

As for pictures, I take simple frontal and side/front pictures for timeline purposes, I just hold the camera, try to crop it so it shows everything relevant and snap away. Below pics can be taken like that too. Better is to use fron camera and mirror to lessen lens distortion and get higher resolution. I usually don't bother for the simplest task which is simple pics for timeline. Try to be consistent with lighting and camera placement, its far easier to say than do though. Certain way is to snap +20 pictures in one go and then select the suitable ones. Then later do the same and look for ones which are closest to same angle and lighting so you can get a comparable timeline. Smile

I thought that even with male hormonal balance, fat would redistribute in "good places" ?
Bear in mind that I always had a big butt and also broad shoulders so I never really knew if I was male or less male hormonally.

The products you mentioned seemed to me too complicated so I never really deepdive into it.

Will try your recommendations about pictures, I will start my journey when I will have the supply but in the meantime I will keep a "male" history of my body so I can better compare.

Anyway you are always very resourceful and helpful ! ?
