No offense, but do you guys ever read the forum or use the search function? Search isn't perfect but its likely to come up with things and the best way is to spend time here, just go into a section and start reading, there's so much but it needs some digging. Too often it feels like that everyone just wants ready chewed replies right away... 

So I'llg give you one. 

Its called Red Reishi. It lowers DHT (dihydrotestosterone, hair grower, masculinising, boob killer number one.) up to -80% or even more when dosed correctly. Its a very potent natural DHT imhibitor, only topped by pharma blockers like dutasteride.

Lots of mentions of reishi here.  I was actually looking through them a few days ago.  I used the forum search feature, my search text was “reishi”, you can also see posts by specific users if you list a username.  I suggest looking for posts from Lotus and Heaven’s Night.  You can have the results displayed by thread or by posts.  The Project X thread and others by Lotus will have details about many different compounds/herbs/hormones/enzymes and how they function.  Topical protocol thread has good information also.

Dealing with reishi is quite simple, extracts seem to work well too, it doesn't need to be raw. The thing to look for is polysaccharide percetage, higher is better. I remember there being some other detail also about its potency but forget the details. The ones I had were 180mg as strong extract, I think the polysaccharide % was 40%. Those were dosed easily so one per day was enough but this isn't the case with all of them. 

Its ages since I paid attention to this, but I did take it for one year and it was useful, it seemed to do exactly what its supposed to.
