I’m leaning towards doing PM and only PM low dose if anything at all. I’ll monitor my bloodwork closely and if it’s getting out of control I’ll stop. I have been taking peptides pretty religiously and embracing a feminine active lifestyle whenever possible. Feminine workouts, cycling, yoga, deep stretching. Achieving the most feminine body I can without any of these hormonal changes. I’ve also purchased an emsculpt machine with the hopes of slimming thighs and growing glutes more. I’ve taken my glutes from 38 to as large as 43”+ naturally. They’ve tapered down with the weight loss to a solid 42”, but my waist is now under 35” and shrinking fixing my hip to waist ratio to the feminine range. I have virtually no fat on my ass it’s just all muscle. Any fat would be definitely appreciated to round it out. Just don’t really want my nipples any puffier. You can already see them through my shirt and have been self conscious my entire life. I probably have an A-cup already but they are mistaken for muscle with my shirt off. I’d invite just a slightly larger breast if anything, nothing major. Would love facial feminizing if that was possible without surgery. I’ve done some Botox and fillers already. Would consider more fem stuff enhancements in the future with that. Currently doing professional and at home IPL as well. Sorry to ramble on, just want to give the full picture. With the yoga and somatic releasing recently I have been able to really open up my feminine side that I have been suppressing for a decade or more. This is what has led me down this rabbit hole!
