I am a 35-year-old woman with regular menstrual cycles and Grade IV tubular breasts (final stage). My breast ultrasound shows fibrous and glandular tissue, with a small fibroadenoma for follow-up. I plan to use the EVEBra device only.

Could using the device alone achieve results similar to this picture? Have there been cases of Grade IV tubular breasts improving with EVEBra alone?
My goal is true development of both ducts and lobules. I understand that the most effective approaches generally include one of the following:
“Based on my ultrasound and hormone labs, can you outline a tailored breast-focused HRT and topical protocol , including doses, frequency, and adjustment steps? Also, as a genetic female with tubular breast IV, will this approach produce meaningful results, or are the outcomes different from (and not as complete as) those seen in trans women?”

I would like a plan and program designed for a gentic female with tabular breast IV, reflecting natural female physiology, not a transition protocol.
I haven’t started any treatment yet—neither herbal, hormonal, nor vacuum therapy. If you have any additional information or tips, I would greatly appreciate it.

- Strong topical protocols like TCP (DHEA + Progesterone + stimulators)
- EVEBra combined with a light hormonal program

I want both breasts to grow evenly from the start. My right breast is smaller and narrower around the areola, so I need a plan to help it catch up with the left one.I want to ensure symmetry in both right and left breast
