Quick Update - Yes, It’s Doing Things (12/10/2025):

I am typically planning on providing body updates (and plan updates) on a “X” amount of months schedule (typically every month or two)!
As it has been the first week since starting the plan here, I thought I’d just highlight some items to capture that yes, things are working!!

Noticeable effects captured from body
- Butt soreness/aches (possibly hips as well?)
Yes, my butt is sore!! Additionally felt some soreness on the sides as wells, which I’m assuming to be for the hips (but would need some confirmation about that). Sides have been a more recent add though (and are much less dull).
Thighs definitely have a very slight soreness (and goes away quickly). Mainly is the inside of the thigh, and haven’t yet felt anything around the shoulders/arms/other similar places yet!
The morning annoyance is still there, but dies down much much faster! Additionally, don’t feel like a passenger to it anymore throughout the day (very much so feel like I’m in control of it).
Additionally finding that it’s like a leaky faucet down there now!
Haven’t gotten this super super super frequently (more-so rare for now), but there are some points during either the day/night (more-so night before sleeping) where I get a very slight, dull ache. Isn’t directly behind the nipple/areola, but more-so the surrounding/outside area. Have just felt it in the left breast (could be happening to the right, but just don’t feel any noticeable aches there).
Haves been massaging both of them before bed/sleeping as well. A little more to the right to see if it can help “catch it up”.
Used to have so much clutter and noise going on up there (alongside the heavy doses of dysphoria). Essentially have become so hecking calm now, essentially brain is “relaxing” compared to what it was doing before. Dysphoria is essentially non-existent/so low now as well.
I’ve noticed that before the plan, I could almost immediately fall asleep and stay asleep (but would always wake up tired).
After starting the plan, I’ve noticed that it does take a bit more “work” to fall asleep & finding I do wake up every now and then during the night (but am able to repeat this process of sleeping & waking up). But I notice that I am not waking up tired at all in the morning for the day (actually have energy & function).
Definitely feel like I have to go to the bathroom much more frequently than I did before. Didn’t really change much surrounding water intake outside of needing a bit more to take the pills & tinctures.
Outside of this, I haven’t really noticed anything else very clearly after a week on this. But am love that my body is actually responding & saying “Yes, this stuff is actually working!”
