areolar herniation
#1

Hello,
I’m a 35-year-old genetic female with Grade IV tubular breasts. My right breast has severe areolar herniation, almost no sub-areolar tissue, and a very tight constriction ring. I cannot do surgery, so I need the best non-surgical approach.
Before enlarging both breasts, I must correct the shape on the right side.
Based on my anatomy, could you tell me:
1. Which device is better for releasing the constriction ring and improving herniation: Evebra or Noogleberry?
2. What is the most reliable pumping method to build sub-areolar tissue (cup angle, positioning, routine)?
3. Should I start with the right breast only, or pump both for symmetry?
4. Should I combine pumping with a topical E2 + progesterone + DHEA protocol from the start?

Thank you.

Hello lole, I’m not too sure if I am going to be any help for you, and I am probably going to be on the wrong angle of what you might be needing, but have you considered using nipple correcting silicone cups? Supple cups is one brand or you could also have a look at the Chinese style silicone massage cups. They both are seated on the nipple and help in drawing them out. The massage cups take a little time in getting used to, as they can cause blisters if worn for too long a time at first, but are ok after regular use, when the sensitive skin there gets used to them. I use these often enough but I do use the other nipple correctors every evening while I sleep, they have worked very well for me. Unsure if these are what you are seeking. Take care.

Thanks for your reply.

I think there’s been a misunderstanding —
my issue is not nipple inversion and nipple correctors won’t help.

My problem is Grade IV tubular breast with areolar herniation, where:

• the areola bulges forward because the sub-areolar tissue is missing,
• the constriction ring blocks downward growth,
• pressing the areola inward makes the herniation disappear temporarily.

This is an anatomical issue, not a nipple-shape issue.

I need guidance on sub-areolar expansion, not nipple suction.

Could you please help me with:

1. What cup size is best for a breast with no sub-areolar tissue?

2. Exact placement of the mini-cup under the areola.

3. Correct suction angle to target the constriction ring.

4. Whether taping the areola flat before or after pumping is required.

I’m trying to fix the shape of the right breast first before any enlargement.
Any step-by-step guidance would really help — I’ve been searching for months and still can’t find clear instructions.

Thank you again.
