How good is PM only regime for overall feminization (not just breast) ?
Is it a good idea to take it with finasteride / dutasteride to prevent furthur hair loss ?

If you follow my posts, both as chrissie & chrissiegirl, you will learn a lot about PM. It is an extremely powerfull feminizing product and can produce profound physical and mental changes. As to hair, I have seen a marked level of regrowth, of late.

Wow - that is good news to hear - providing we are talking head hair. What about body hair - has that decreased markedly?

I've been taking PM (2x 500mg) only daily for 5.5 months. The breast growth has been very noticeable which is great but any other changes not so much. I'm hoping so much that it can help my receding hair. Probably its still too early.
In regards to body and facial hair, mine has been lasered off before I started taking PM so I don't know the effect.
Right now I'm considering whether I should add dht-blocker like fin/dutas or other anti-androgen or stay with just PM.

Well after 9 months on 4 x 500mg PM per day, my boobs are growing nicely ( although not as fast as I could wish, but that's life
) but I have seen no signs at all of head hair regrowth or any other body shape changes.
If you feel the need for an anti-androgen, you might want to consider SP. I've been taking that on a better safe than sorry, basis although I'm not sure how necessary it really is. I've never heard of fin/dutas, so I can't help there, sorry.

The biggest changes, I have seen are on 3000mg daily, after a period of 1000.
I may not pass, as female, but there is no way, I pass as male; neither do I feel male. I have 38B boobs and a very Fem fat distribution. Equaly, I feel that I am accepted as one of the girls.
Hair re-growth has been on the top of my head, while body hair seems to be dimminishing.

Ive been on pm and sp for over a year boobs are realy noticeable but with a middrift that takes the whole shine off the boobs ,,,samray,,,

Give it time,; my fat re-distribution kicked in after around 2 1/2 years and when I had upped the dose to 3000 mg a day. I was told it would eventualy happen and it did, Now my skirts flare out, over my hips, in a way, that keeps making me smile and I cannot stop feeling, my fem stomach!
