I've been lurking around for a while and figured it'd be best just to ask questions directly instead of finding implicit answers.
Anyway I've been taking PM on and off. Not sure if I got the product for what I want though. I just want to feminize my body shape more rather than grow breasts, though small ones wouldn't be too bad. Re-reading through the posts it seems PM may be too strong for what I wanted.
Also it feels like my right breast is slightly more developed then my left, how would I go about fixing that? Should I invest in some creams? Would sleeping on my side help?
Any help and information would be great.

Hi Maur,
I'm not sure you can really do what you want, the boobs tend to come first and other effects are more side effects, certainly for me.
You might get somewhere with Maca, there have been a load of threads about it recently, and I believe that adds weight(volume) to the lower end of the body but I've never tried it myself.
Breast are virtually always slightly uneven, that's normal for any woman. Massaging one side or noogling one side more than the other might help, but whilst they are still developing they will put on growth unevenly anyway so you could actually be concentrating on the wrong one, so I'd leave well alone. Sleeping on your side isn't going to do anything IMO!

Hmm alright that helps.
Another question, what's this thing about maintenance doses? It's got me perplexed as I was under the impression once you've got them to where you like them you stop, so why do people recommend a 1000mg PM maintenance dose. What does that do?
Obviously maintenance but of what 8o?

Breast are largely composed of fat, with an underlying core of milk glands and ducts and connective tissue to support it all. As a genetic male your body does not produce significant quantities of estrogens, ( not enough to grow breasts, at least) but it does produce androgens which are "anti-breast" for want of a better expression. So when you stop taking phyto-estrogens,i.e. PM or any other appropriate herb/supplement, although any tissue growth is permanent, the fat will very rapidly ( noticeably within a couple of weeks) return to a male distribution pattern and your boobs will go flat. That's why a maintenance dose is necessary, to prevent that from happening.

I agree with Pansy-Mae, by and large. However, for me, the mental femanising effects, kicked in about the same time as the knots and associated tenderness, around 5 months. Female fat distribution, kicked in, very suddenly, about 2 1/2 years down the line, followed by a blossoming of boob growth. Even now I have, like almost all women, one boob, bigger that the other; why do we girls, like foam lined bras? Post, if you can't work out the answer!
For me, a maintenance dose is about retaining my femaninity; all ts girls need that PM or perscrption drugs; pre or post op. It comes with the territory.
