This is actually a tip from sfem, but it works,

Having worn a Bralete most of the day yesterday , when I took it off , nipples went into hyper alert state and were sore and seemed restricted,

Today I was ready for them , and dabbed a little blob of vaseline on in the cups,

Took Bralete off and off they went and this time

They went straight out and no pain
They went BIGGER,
Aerolas changed colour as well as skin seemed to be able to move more
and

There they are now sat back to normall all happy but larger, and puffier , deeper red,

Vaseline every day now

Well its amazing,

I know the vaseline only acts as a moisturiser but the diffence its made on my aerolas in 2 days, its like they have been swapped over,

Its allowed the skin to flatten out rather than bunch up in the cold
