New and Somewhat Confused

#1

Hello everyone. I stumbled on this board a little while ago, and the concept of a way to grow breasts that not only works, but works so well that the only problem would be knowing when to stop has stuck with me ever since. I know that such results aren't guaranteed, but the success rate seems to be high enough to expect some measure of success. I set the idea aside for a while, though the idea continued to haunt my thoughts (I could hardly think of anything else for the next day or so). After bringing it up with my girlfriend, however, and finding that she's not just okay with the idea but just as excited about the prospect as I am, I've decided to, at the very least, get some more information.

I've browsed the threads here pretty much just casually, and everyone seems to be throwing around acronyms as though it's obvious what they stand for. I've gathered that PM, apparently the most common and recommended substance, is some kind of herbal supplement, but beyond that I don't know what it is, or, possibly more importantly, where I could acquire some.

To give a bit of background, I'm 23 years old, 5'9", and ~130 lb. (Give or take around 10-15 lbs. The measurement is a little out-dated, but I have no scale handy to re-take it.) I'm just after a bit of easily-concealed breast-flesh, not complete feminization (Yet... We'll see what the future holds...)

Any and all help and/or advice is welcome!

PM pueraria mirifica one of he most powerful phyto estrogens available and widely used on these boards. Grows in northern thailand -- mail order this it's worth it. In the US we have ainterol supplied from http://ainterol.us and http://ainterolherbs.com both of these i have ordered from with success.

SP saw palmetto used to block conversion of testosterone into dht

RC red clover has a balance of phytoestrogen and phyto progesterone great for hormonal balance

FG fenugreek typically used if PM isnt being used for growth, has phytoestrogens

WY wild yam im not entirely sure but people sometimes use this. Maybe a progesterone source.

Easiest way to start is to order a bottle of PM and see how it affects your body, follow the recommended dosage: 500mg in the morning and 500mg before bed both with a glass of warm milk. also look into "chi massage" and later down the road think about a source of progesterone to help with shape and roundness.

Good luck and welcome to the boards!!

Hi Alo, and welcome.Smile

Dargona has pretty much nailed it in half a dozen lines. There isn't much to add to that, except....

As I recall, FG stimulates milk production. I think it also helps develop the roundness many of us are looking for. It is also used to give artificial syrups a maple flavour and smell, and it will give you those too if you take too much of it for your body.

WY is a progesterone mimic if I am remembering rightly. I haven't used it for along time. PM only for me for quite some time now. It's effective. I also use the Ainterol product, haven't tried any other brands, haven't wanted or needed to.

Most of this has been described at length on these forums and others lots of times. Try searching for those terms, and you will get all the info and brand comparisons you can stand to read.

If you heed nothing else from the stories on here, pay attention to this. Start slow. Give it time. Tell the boobie fairy to go catch a movie or read a book, or something. Doing this right means starting on a low dosage (manufacturer's recommendation), and sticking to it for a several weeks or even months. If you do the level that Dargona suggests (I agree with it myself), give it at least 3 months before you increase it. Girls take years to fully develop, don't get impatient if you don't sprout monster mammaries in 8 weeks. Too many people start with high dosages, get headaches, or muscle pains, and still aren't happy with how slowly it seems to (not) be progressing.

Good luck with whatever you choose to try, and welcome!

I started on 2000mg a day and am mow on 3000. By all means start on a lower dose, but you will need these sort of doses, to get things really moving, in my experience. Otherwise, I totaly agree with Drgona.
Do be aware, that boobs come, with other femanising traits, physical, mental and sexual. Further, a pair of A/B cup boobs are impossible to hide, unless you bind them; ouch, no shit; self totrutre springs to mind. My posts, both as Chrissie and Chrissiegirl, will give you a guide, on what to expect, if you decide to go ahead.

Yea, hiding them isn't really easy if that's what you want to go for, especially at your weight. I'm roughly 5'10 @ 175lbs currently and plan to drop to ~160; even mine would be hard to hide (if I wanted to) and I'm on the verge of filling into a 36B/38AB.

Eventually yes, you may need higher dosages to kick things into gear, but you should give yourself 1-3 months at the recommended dosage to figure out where you are at with your body and any changes that may occur. Also, you may be allergic to the herb so you should take it slow at first and evaluate. My friend was able to achieve budding within 1.5-3 months on the recommended dosage, but it's different for everybody. Usually the initial changes wont take place until at least 1 month or more often, 2-3 months.

This thread wont answer all of the questions you are going to have but hopefully it can serve as the ground-work to get you started. There are plenty of other great and informational posts from the users so take your time and absorb it all Smile

Well, I'd already figured it'd take a while, and I'm a fairly patient person, so that's not going to be a problem.

What MIGHT be a problem is that my sleeping schedule can sometimes get a little crazy, so "When I wake up" and "When I go to bed" could occasionally vary by quite a bit from one day to the next. Just how strictly would I need to follow the schedule? Would an alarm be necessary? Or would it not matter so much, so long as I take it every day? How detrimental would missing a dose entirely be?

Is this something I'll need to take for the rest of my life? Or just until I get up to the size I want? I ask because I've seen some stuff about "Sustaining doses." But I've also read that they don't go away, and that if they're only just starting that the fat relocation will reverse... If I'm piecing all these together properly, then the "Sustaining dose" is just to keep the PM levels at a level where it's not enough to cause any development, but it's still there so starting up again wouldn't be from scratch. Is this right?

And also, how important is the "Glass of warm milk"?

Would this be an issue for my small-enough-to-be-hidable bust? Or would I only need to worry about it if/when I decide to go bigger?

On those sites Dargona gave, there's the little ~$10 bottle of PM, and then there's other PM products that are much more expensive. Just to be sure, the little $10 bottle is what I want, right? What are the other things for?

Sorry to have such a deluge of questions, but now that I've broken the ice, the floodgates have opened. And like Pansy-Mae said, I'm hooked! Blush

Hi Alo,

Missing a dose is more likely to help your growth than to stop it. But a regular and stress free lifestyle will help. Your program can help you become regular. Maca wakes me up, hops helps me sleep, and fenugreek is great for a nap. I don't know where PM will fit into your day, but you'll find out.

For all we know, maintenance doses are necessary, but not a problem. Most NBEers are hooked for life: every new hot herb is worth trying Big Grin

Warm milk helps PM a lot. PM contains miroestrol, which mimics estrone, the least potent of the three estrogens. Your liver makes deoxymiroestrol from it, which is far more potent. You get PM to the liver fast by taking it in between meals (at least 15 minutes before or 2 hours after) with yogurt or warm milk. For other herbs, the best way to take them may be different.

Herbs that increase progesterone round your breasts out. That only makes them more noticeable if you're wearing something that shows cleavage. Estrogens grow the milk ducts. That makes your nipples stick out. That growth is picked up easier by the tape measure. If you're not wearing a lycra sports top, it's a dead giveaway that you are into NBE.

You need the $ 10 bottle of capsules. The fastest growers use only that. But MydreamisGcup and idreamofD are both young women and they take 10 g of L-arginine daily. Chrissie owns, and cooks in, a seafood restaurant, which means her diet is probably better than any of us can dream of. Check your diet here:

Alo,

As we all say over and over, we are all different so what works for one may not for another. All you can do is listen to what others say but then experiment for yourself.

Having said that, for quite few of us simple PM by itself in capsule form, works, end of... Smile

I've never tried the warm milk theory, myself. I'm not a great lover of milk as a drink by itself and certainly not warm milk and I can't stand yoghurt, so I don't bother and it doesn't seem to do any harm to my growth.

Timing-wise, I don't think it matters in the slightest on a 'few days at a time ' basis. There have been times when for various reasons I've missed a day or two and there has been no indication that somebody has stuck a pin in my balloons! I do try to maintain a 2000mg a day average, so if I miss the morning dose ( say) I'd probably take more that night to make up. I used to take mine three times a day but I found that difficult to cope with so dropped to twice a day. I normally aim to take mine at about 7-30 a.m with a cup of coffee ( I don't eat any breakfast) and 7-30p.m, about an hour after I've eaten, normally with a fizzy drink! The a.m ones I'm fairly consistent with, but the p.m ones can be any time between about 7pm and 10pm.

I buy 3 bottles of 100 x 500mg PM capsules ( I use Ainterol) at a time and they last me just over 10 weeks at 4 caps per day, average

I'm not going to get into a debate with Isabelle Wink but I simply couldn't be bothered with the supermarket stock of different things she takes, and I'd never be able to keep track anyway!

As far as we know at present, a maintenance dose is necessary for life, ( and your understanding of what that means is correct) but sfem is in the middle of an experiment to actually record the effects of dropping it completely. I suggest you find those threads and see where its got to, there is about a week to go I think.

As for progesterone, as Isabelle says it rounds them out, but it does that by developing ( swelling) the milk glands, so until the estrogens have grown you some, you've got nothing to expand, so there is no point in taking anything to do it! Estrogens and Progesterone are antagonistic, as well, so you shouldn't take them at the same physical time - in a natural female cycle the peak productions are offset from each other. Beverley Rose has recently started an experiment with RC to see what happens, and I am planning to start Progesterone cream, in a couple of weeks as an alternative, to also see what happens.

Hope this helps

and start with low dosages, then try to guess what to do.
I'm around your same weight, and I'm varying from 1x500 capsule a day to 2x500 capsules a day, in some periods adding the spray, and I'm growing... everyone is different, listen your body and experiment with it, do it softly and slowly, after all it's your body and it's the only one you have

you are on the run ;-)
