(continuing the heretical approach to managing the TS condition)
So, as some of you know, I'm now on PM at a fairly high dose for the foreseeable future to keep my mind balanced. As I consider my mind more important than my body, but also love my wife, my optimal solution will be, covertly (at least for as long as possible) to be a FF "shemale".
The problem with PM at high dosage is that, after a while, erections go away unless deliberately aroused, and neither partner is particularly bothered, the need for arousal goes away, and eventually, the need for a penis goes away.
I've found that going "cold turkey" is one option for restoring functionality. The disadvantage here is that a week away from PM for me is like having a bout of PMS. Not fun.
To this end, I have decided to try out the "other" Thai wonder herb, Butea Superba, which is supposed to be a "herbal viagra". Clinical trials show that it really does appear to work, though apparently without seriously affecting testosterone levels.
Clincal Trial report
I'm hoping that this, along with Maca (which in itself seems to help) may keep me "frisky" and hence mean that I do not need to come off PM once a month.
Search though I might, I cannot find any reference to anyone taking both PM and BS together, so it will be interesting to see what happens.
When all's said and done, these are 3 root vegetables eaten by natives for centuries (in Thailand and Peru), so I think the risk is low. So far, I feel better than I have in a long while.
(to be continued...)
