Yeah, I'm 32 and take 320mg of SP extract a day myself. Even at 500mg of PM a day, they still seem to be growing slowly.
If I stop the SP, I get crazy hives all over and oily skin as well. I guess I'm still making enough T to need it.

Are you supposed to feel tingles or pains everyday? seems like they kinda come and go. makes me think I am doing something wrong half the time.weird I know.

I can only speak for myself, but after the budding formed around 6 weeks, the tingles/pains do come and go, regardless of what dose of PM I'm taking.
Adding FG steps them up a little bit if you miss them ;p
I don't think you're doing anything wrong.
Pls read my threads I only took SP, FG and WT. Just my two cents,CP
