BO or PM?

#1

I'm not sure which ones to take first..Should I stick with my Swanson's raw ovarian tissue (that's what BO is right? XD) and if i stick with that one first..i keep hearing this thing about powder? what is that? no one ever responds to my threads or seems to answer my question..Either way I know that for both i'd prlly need to take 2000mg a day of either or of them..I heard i'm not supposed to combine them right?

Hello MoobDood. While i cannot answer all you questions I can tell you that yes you are correct about not combining them.from what i have learned, that would pretty much compete for the estrogen receptors.so yeah i would choose one or the other.i have also heard that switching your routine with different herbs can slow your progress to,as your body has to readjust to different herbs. I have zero experience with BO so i cannot help you there.i am currently 6 weeks in,with PM.and finally i am starting to notice something! I started with a little bit of moobs already so i did not notice much as far as fat redistribution goes.but now my nipples are sticking out more.they are a bit bigger to! I hope this helps you out a little bit.

Many of the questions you ask, have been asked dozens of times before, and answered just as many times. I can't emphasize it enough, READ THE ARCHIVES of both this incarnation of BN and the previous one. There is a wealth of information (almost too much in fact) and just about every question you have asked has already been answered.

To some, if you have not done YOUR due diligence and read the archives, they may not take your questions/efforts as being serious. Have you read as much as possible in the Glandular section of BN? If you had, you would already know if Swanson's raw ovarian is BO (it is.) You would also know the dosage levels recommended for MtF transsexuals by the two major marketers of brand name BO products. That would be a good place to start in terms of equating a dosage for the Swanson product, since it isn't the same as Ultra Breast or Transfemme (hint: those are the two major brands of BO products.) I personally have answered several of your posts. You have been advised in another reply from someone else to search for Cheryls previous posts here on BN; that's a really good place to start. It doesn't sound like you've done that, but maybe I'm wrong.

As for the "powder" you are referring to, I have no idea what you mean as your question is too broad. Perhaps you can quote the post referring to the "powder" and someone might be able to help you.

I'm not trying to be rude, but the bottom line is YOU need to do your own homework. There are conflicting opinions on much of NBE, so in the final analysis you will have to make up your own mind and make your own choices. No one can possibly tell you whether to try BO or PM first.

Ah well i did look her up im just dreadul at searching and didnt see how much of it she had used..and since she was using BB the formula is different i hear. And i did find how much PM i should take is around the same as the BO 2000mg abouts. Ill have to search to see if taking saw palmetto and black kohosh would be effect. Ive searched in the BO forums and alot of ppl use protein powder i wasnt sure why its not mentioned in this section tho. Someone told me it was cause they needed
mOre protein as it was building blocks to grow or something..

I forgot that Cheryl used BB which as I understand it is the same as UB, but slightly different than Transfemme. The bottom line is that all use BOE as the effective ingredient. Therefore, Swanson's BOE should be effective also, that is if BOE really works.

As I understand it, the main idea is that long term BOE use is SUPPOSED to reprogram your endocrine system to produce female sex hormones instead of male hormones. I don't remember any claims that BOE provided more than a minimal amount of bovine estrogen, which I don't think one would want to take high levels of anyway, given the track record of deleterious side effects from equine estrogen (Premarin.)

One of the commercial BOE sites (maybe all three, it's been a while since I was looking into BOE) advocates drinking protein shakes to help this process. Now, that has become the dogma along with making sure your basal body temperature is high enough. I don't know why increased protein would only work with one NBE method, and others have come to this same conclusion. You will find a number of folks here on BN that advocate protein shakes for ALL NBE. I'm more of the opinion that a healthy balanced diet should be sufficient.

Again, you have to try to figure out the reasoning behind any plan/method and see if it makes sense, or even just give it a try, at least as long as it's safe.

If you are seriously considering black cohosh,
you cannot have researched this forum as advised.
