            hi all after two years on and off with sp, fg and rc decided to go with pm. almost a month in and i am already liking the changes my body is going through, softer skin and being alot calmer, i am attaching some starting pics. and will keep eveyone informed of my progress

Honestly, its a good idea, I've been on it (PM breast cream) for 1 month approx., I just noticed a difference the other day, its a small difference, but anything is subtle with me. I'm fairly flat chested compared to a lot of people I know, so its an improvement... Only downside is that I get hot flashes everyday :l
