Decided to start this to keep more accurate track of my NBE Development dosage's Adjustments random related thoughts etc.

I first started NBE in march 2012 with the SP/FG/RC/GABA/PABA and continued for 3 months until I ordered PM from Ainterol.

I started PM on May 14th at a dose of 500mg twice a day (ramped up to 2000-3000mg over 2 weeks) along with 1755 mg of SP twice per day, 1000mg PABA, as well as 1500mg FG 2-3x per week and 500mg GABA 2x per week.

As well as the Chi-Massage and am also trying to do the same kind of Hybrid Dargona described using with the Slap added.

Later I began to fluctuate my dose to mimic a "cycle" quite similar to what Dargona did, within about a month of starting to take PM a began to bud.

When my PM supply began to run low I had a bit of a interruption which had me on a very low dose for about 2 weeks due to an Unexpected expense leaving me completely out of funds.

On getting more PM I Immediately began to ramp back up to my "normal" dose and a few days later felt as though I had begain to bud all over again, this has more or less stayed the same since, allthough currently my nipples and breasts are so sore and sensitive that wearing a shirt became so uncomfortable I had to buy some soft cotton t-shirts to wear underneath.

I currently have lost 1" in Under Bust measurement and gained 1" in Overbust since starting PM, so things seem to be going well.

I've been meaning to ask, why do people cycle?

Several reasons:
1) The natural female hormone production varies throughout the month and it seems like a reasonable thing to emulate, to some extent at least. Nobody knows for sure if it helps, but it can't really hinder too much.
2) There is a theory that the body can get desensitised from a constant hormone intake level and cease to react to it.
3) Taking too much can lead to a 'stall' so a cycle hopefully reduces the chances of inadvertantly going too high for too long.

PS... my immediate answer to the question was, "Because its quicker than walking!"

I feel a bit naive for asking this, but does the slap mean what I think it does, as in hitting your breasts in an attempt to make them bigger? Has it been proven to have any long-term effects? At most I would expect it to only produce some temporary swelling.

Flamesabers, no it's just to encourage circulation, and its not hard enough or in a way that can hurt.

It's more like a light bouncing, but you start with your hand cupped just off of the breast. I don't technically slap my breasts but it's a light impact followed up with a "bounce", similar to how some people push the cue-ball with their sticks some time in billiards (obviously a lot softer though ^^).

Also: The idea is to use the opposite hand as your breast, so cup right hand and slap left breast, etc.

finally got around to measuring myself again.

Underbust is down to 36"
Overbust is up to 38 1/2"

yet things visually still "look" almost as flat as a board....

on a side note some relatives had a bit to much to drink over the holiday and let some info slip that I did not know about, but makes a lot of sense, although I'm not sure how/if I should talk about it....

It was a missing puzzle piece, but still put my mind into a bit of a shock, not really sure how to explain better than that.

Have you posted any pictures online recently? Maybe your progress isn't as stagnant as you might think it to be?

Are you still doing cold turkey days with pm? I think that could be a potential hindrance with the progress of your growth.

I've never understood why people drink too much. I very rarely drink and when I do, I know my limit. I can see why people would drink to loosen up and have a fun time, but what's the point if you're not going to remember what happened when you wake up the next morning?

Yes still doing cold turkey on occasion, and no I haven't posted any photos online, and that you mention that it could just be my perception of how they look.

No, they didn't get drunk per se, just drank enough to talk about stuff they normally would have never mentioned in a million years....

personally I don't even care for getting buzzed.

that aside they talked openly about some things about myself that were being kept a secret and that I apparently wasn't supposed to find out about, i'm honestly not sure what to think about it.

It explains a lot, but also turns a lot of things on their head.
