AbiDrew85,
Your page is a goldmine of information and insight into the behind the scenes workings on individualized NBE programming.

Wow! Uhm... I'm not sure I really deserve that... Just because my methods are working for me do not mean they'd have the same or even a similar level of success for anyone else. I'm also still relatively new to most aspects of this.
The only thing I can even claim to be a competent hack at is anti-androgens. And I guess I could grudgingly call myself an expert on licorice, as useless as that knowledge is. All it really allows me to do is warn people away from it.
I am taking a more studied and science-oriented approach and attempting to simulate a natural female cycle as closely as possible... But that's only likely to really be helpful to other mtf's.

... I guess, I take that back. I only meant that the way in which you are and have been analyzing the effect herbs has on both growth and hormones provides more insight (relative to other users of this forum) into the logic behind NBE programming
I had no intention of recreating your program, but instead using your logic to understand one way of doing NBE.

Ah. I guess I can see that. Yeah... I do believe that the key really is to understand completely our own bodies and to manipulate things towards a certain balance.
It is my personal pet belief that a more "extreme" female cycle is the key. Bring your peaks as high as you possibly can and get your lows as low as you possibly can while trying to get your cycle to follow as close to a 28 day cycle as possible.
How you get there has to be based on your own personal starting point. And shouldn't require nearly so extreme of doses as what I am using. With my starting point I have a LOT of testosterone to suppress and need to replace a nearly non-existent supply of estrogen in comparison to what a genetic female would need.
It is also important in my mind to keep in mind the other effects of herbs you might use other than intended effects and to make sure you aren't unbalancing something else. Which is why I feel the need to warn people away from licorice. The only licorice that'll have any hormonal effect at all will literally take a sledgehammer to your hormones. Not good. Not at all good.
Thanks for your compliment of my approach... Though I'm really not sure if my stated belief has any real merit. There's nothing to back me up, it's just a feeling I have and am running with.

I think one of the advantages of AD's plan would be called the "Hammer Effect." With the continuous vacillation of the monthly peaks and troughs of the Estrogen & Progesterone levels, it acts like a hammer on the hormone affected systems. When drilling through concrete, a hammer drill is much more effective than a standard drill. Likewise, it appears that the human body works in much the same way.
Just my never so humble observation and deduction.

Hey Abi,
I'm halfway through my first complete PM/PC cycle and I've noticed very nice "full" feelings and effecs as well as some growing pains.
I was curious as to how it is progressing with your plan, as you were somewhat ahead of me in your cycling.

Pretty well the same
It does appear to be quite effective. I'm going to call this a success. It's still of course going to take a very long time to develop fully, but that'd be true of anything really... Breasts just do not grow overnight.

And if they do, they can disappear just as fast! I think slow and steady is best and permanent.

Oh. And the main reason I decided to follow my new cycling schedule? Success there too - My "period" has re-stabilized.
Taking it constant had completely destabilized me!
Since my development rate hasn't been negatively affected, and, in fact if anything seems to have improved, and my "period" is now stable, it's definitely a success in my book.
Now lets just wait a few months down the road when my changes start showing up on measuring tape.
