My plan.

#1

Hi everyone. Smile

I know my user is new, but I've actually been on these forums for quite some time, just reading, researching, thinking, you know how it works.
So, a few days ago, I finally ordered some PM and SP. Of course it didn't get here before the weekend, so I thought I'd ask if anyone knows ways to make what I'm planning to do work out better.

After of course taking smaller dosages in the first two or three weeks, I'm planning to take 2g of PM and 750mg of SP daily, probably after breakfast.
Would those dosages be a good start or is there anything I should change? Or should I alternate the doses every day, or maybe split taking the pills to twice a day?
I'm also wondering if there's anything I should get besides PM and SP?
I know, so many questions, but I'll admit some of the info in this forum has me confused, what one person says sometimes contradicts what others say. I just want to make sure what I'll be taking isn't complete nonsense and can't work.

I really hope some of you can help me out here, and I thank anyone who answers in advance Smile

Welcome. We look forward to hearing how your endeavours progress. If you have been lurking here a while, you'll already have seen the recommendations for what and how much to take of PM and SP. I see no reason not to start off as you described and adjust as you go along based on how your body responds.

Wow...that response came a lot quicker than I expected it :o Thank you!
All right, I'll just take them like I said then.

So how do I know if it's the right dosage? Is it as simple as "If nothing happens after a certain amount of months, change it?" or are there ways of seeing if my dosage is right for me?
Thanks again!

When taking a new herb for the first time I prefer to start at a low dose and gradually build up. I do this to give my body time to adjust to the new herb and to see if it causes any side-effects for me. I don't consider 2,000 mg of pm to be a high dose, but I don't know how your body may react to this amount on day 1. You may have no problems at all. However, I know some members take pm in amounts less than 2,000 mg because that's all their bodies can tolerate.

I assume you're taking the extract version of sp. I don't take this herb anymore, and when I did, it was the whole version. I'm not sure what would be a good starting dose for this herb.

I think taking NBE herbs at least twice a day is a good idea. You may find it more beneficial to spread this out further. A constant level of herbs in your body may be more productive than having a sudden high and then a declining amount for the rest of the day and night.

I don't think so. I think something important to keep in mind is more herbs is not necessarily better with NBE. Pm and sp has worked for a lot of members here, so it's a fair assumption the same would be true for you. I say give these herbs a chance and then go from there if needed.

To me the right dosage for a person means two things:

  1. The dosage brings about breast growth.
  2. The dosage doesn't incur any unpleasant side-effects.

Finding the right dosage to achieve breast growth will take some time. However, you may experience indicators of development sooner than you may expect like body fat being redistributed to your breasts, or feeling itchiness or tingling in your breasts.

Building up slowly with dosage I think helps with determining what side-effects, if any, a herb may incur. I think more often than not, when members experience unpleasant side-effects from a new herb, they usually figure this out before knowing how helpful the herb may be with breast growth.

Like I said, I'm going to use smaller dosages in the first two or three weeks - or are you saying that's not enough time to work up to a higher dose?

Yeah, I am, I haven't seen the whole version being offered anywhere where I could've bought them (US sites obviously don't work for me as I am in Austria :/)

Good point, I'll try to spread it out as much as possible. Smile

I know, I just saw a few posts of members taking more of them, so I thought I'd ask. But I'll stick with those two for now.

All right, I'll just try the 2g first (once I've worked up to them) and then decrease the dosage if I get side-effects or increase them if I get nothing at all after some time.
One more question though, if I don't get any side effects, how long should I wait for positive effects until I increase the dosage if nothing happens?

Thank you so much! Smile

I must have overlooked what you wrote there. Two to three weeks I think should be plenty of time to get acclimatized to pm.

Something I recommend doing is taking snapshots of your breasts every so often and posting it to the picture forum. I do mine monthly. I suggest taking one now as a "pre-NBE" picture. Others may see a growth or change where you may not. After all, it can be hard to notice changes when you're looking at your breasts everyday. Blush The feedback you get from your pictures I think can help you gauge whether you need to increase your herb doses, or whether everything is working out.

2,000 mg is the average dose I think a genetic male needs to induce breast growth. I suggest taking this dose for three or four months and go from there. If you get some development, 2,000 mg may be the right dose for you. If not, you probably should bump up your dose.

All right, I'll take a picture then when I get the chance and will make a thread in the picture forum Smile
Thanks for your help! I'll report back at the latest when I get my order Smile

Another question...I was also thinking about using a Noogleberry.
But from what I've read, I don't know; would it actually help me with growing breast tissue or would it just cause temporarily swelling?
Thanks in advance! Smile

I've been using a NB for over a month and I'M convinced it's well worth it. Like the herbs, it's a slow process (see the Noogleberry forum) but there's no doubt it's an additional and very different "mode of action". Herbs do their thing physiologically and suction / stretching works in an entirely different way. And in my opinion, it seems like the breast tissue would have an easier time growing if everything is stretched and loose but that's just my theory. Some of the herb only, "during" pictures I've seen look like all the growth is happening right under the nipple and the breast gets kinda pointy. I hope the NB helps me grow a nice, natural fully rounded look through the whole process. Time will tell if I'm right. The other thing I like about my NB IS the swelling. Like a desert when you're on diet, you get temporary breasts after noogling to encourage you alone the journey.

I agree with Doodlebug. Noogling certainly has a psychological benefit to doing it. The swelling it causes may help with growing breast tissue as it increase the blood flow to your breasts, but I'm uncertain of how much of a long-term impact it may have.
