Help Please

Due to feeling really bad, I stopped taking PM for the past 4 weeks. I want to start back and am wondering about how long will it take to get back to where I was? I had nice firm buds and have noticed that my breast did not loose much breast tissue during my break. For those that have taken a break, how long was it before you noticed the tingle and pain back in your breast? I am hopeful that the break will give me a good growth spurt. While off the PM I did feel much better and think I might have been taking too much per day (2,500mg) and I was estrogen dominate. I think I will go back to 1,000 mg and go up in small steps. If I start feeling really bad again, I will back off to a lower dose until I feel better. I really don't understand because I felt great for a couple of months at 2,500 mg and all of a sudden felt terrible. Oh well, I guess that is hormones for you. By the way, I was in my 6th month of PM when I stopped.

Thanks in advance!

Kelly,
I don't think anyone can give a hard and fast answer to that one, we all have different bodies that react differently to different PM dose levels.
However I'm hoping for about 2-4 weeks myself

As Pansy-Mae noted, I don't think anyone can give you a precise answer on this one.

Like you, I have taken a fairly high dose (3,000 mg) for several months before hitting estrogen dominance. The difference for me though was I still felt bad when I went cold turkey on pm, rather than better. I reintroduced progesterone cream into my program at this point and I reduced my dosage to 2,000 mg.

Hey, Thanks to both of you! Sorry I am late responding but my computer locked up and I just now got it out of the Geek Squad shop.

This morning I am feeling much better and I'll just keep on plugging on at a lower dose with the progesterone cream twice per day.

Again, thanks! I really appreciate each of you!
