Starting PM: Dosage suggestion?

I ma glad I come cross the forum , and read through wonderful discuss and see many proof. I am gonna to start my PM next week to total feminization

My plan dosage is:
PM 2000 mg/day (2X500mg in the morning and 2X500mg in the evenint)
GNC Herbal Plus® Whole Herb Saw Palmetto (2X540mg in the morning and 2X540mg in the evening)


I read many people talk about progesterone but I am not sure
anyone can make suggest about progesterone usage (intake, dosage, and frequnecy)

That certainly sounds reasonable as an end goal. You should probably start out with one capsule PM and one SP in the morning for a week or two, then add an evening dose for a week or two, etc. Also, you may need to consider taking a total of four such doses per day rather than the two larger doses you're planning. It depends partly on how your body reacts.

Some believe SP is unnecessary with PM and might actually work against you so keep that in mind. Some experience kidney pain if they take too much PM at one time or take it at bed time. Others do not. Spreading the dosing throughout the day can help if there is kidney pain. Taking the last dose of the day at least three hours before bed time can help reduce the likelihood of kidney pain when you wake up, if you have that problem. Also, try drinking plenty of water if you do begin to experience kidney pain from PM.

Be aware you might not need as much PM as you're planning on taking. Then again, you might need more. It takes a few months before you see any results or know if it is doing anything for you. Be prepared to make adjustments.

I think Monika has covered a lot of the important points. Your plan looks reasonable, but you may have to change it depending on how your body reacts.

Something I would like to add is the importance of keeping track of your progress. When trying to ascertain how successful your plan has been, I think it really helps to get a second opinion on your progress. Others may notice what has escaped your observation. I suggest posting pictures of your progress every so often in the pictures forum. The feedback you receive on your pictures can be a useful tool in gauging how much, if any change is needed for your NBE plan.

Yes, I meant 1 PM and 1 SP 4 times throughout the day rather than 2 of each twice a day. It all depends on how well you tolerate PM. Ainterol R1 seems to be giving some of us problems so it also depends on the product you're using.

Andielee, if you do have problems with tolerating the capsule form of pm, you can always try the powder or extract form. It seems like those forms tend to give less trouble to those who are more sensitive to pm.

I haven't had very much trouble with the capsule form of Ainterol R1, no matter what dosage I'm taking, so it's possible your body may tolerate it like mine does.

I have decide to do this slowly, I would stick to 500mg PM and 1800mg SP each day for at least a month to see how it work and feel.

I more into body fat redistribution, brain rewiring over breast development. I guess body shape change is easy to blend in but breast as your all talking about are difficult to hide when they reach certain sizes. but who know which can occur first

For me brain rewiring came first. Body fat redistribution kind of snuck up on me...Blush

I got gradual reminders over time about the presence of my breasts.

just start PM yesterday have muscle cramp around calves area for both legs, you think is this PM related?
