I`m doing bg hypnosis for about two weeks. i grew 1 cup size. now i`m going to try steve g jones. is there a way to buy his cd without credit card. we don`t have credit cards in my country( due to economic sanctions). do you have any suggestions? please help.

This is long, 1 hr.10 min. Not very convenient for working people for daily use, and if doing before bed, you'll definitely fall asleep. It gets the growth feelings in your breasts activated though.....just going about your daily activities..not just while listening.

while you listen to hypnosis, don`t let your mind interfere. I mean try to be as mindless as possible as if the hypnotherapist is your god and he knows everything and you just need to obey. don`t let negative thoughts like "it`s impossible to have bigger breasts after listening only 1 time and etc." come in your way. just surrender your mind and body to him and absorb whatever he says.

the other thing that helps me a lot is "visualization". I try to imagine I have bigger breasts I try to imagine the size, the shape and every details while doing other things such as surfing the net and etc. find some naked breasts that you like most on internet and choose your ideal breast shape. then try to imagine they are yours. details are very important.

I listen to a hypnosis whenever I feel I need one. i also listen to youtube subliminal BEs.

Some of you write, that you make your breast bigger using hypnosis.Which technology did you use during the work?Haven't the result disappeared after some time (in 6 months, year). It's my fear. Cause, when women is pregnant her breasts are getting larger. but after pregnancy , the result disappeare. So I afraid, when I will stop using hipnosis, the breast will become small again

I attached one photo. I really like the shape and size of the breasts in this photo.

I think hypnosis is really working for me. I try and listen to petite morte at least once a day (preferably at night) and subliminal messages on repeat while I sleep. I started out doing blake talks for 5 weeks (since the end of January) plus massage. I grew about 1-2cm at most during this time. The past 4-5 weeks I switched to my current program (petite morte and subliminals) and I have grown about 1.5cm in that time. So in total I have grown about 1 inch from hypnosis and massage in about 10 weeks. This would equal about a cup size I guess. Before my 32B/34A bras were loose and now they fit better, but I am not quite a 32C/ 34B. I would continue with this for 6 months rather than only 3 months since it isn't that difficult. I am 30 years old with a heart condition so this was a far better result than what I expected for myself I am glad others on here are having great success as well!
