Hello.

Starting with pm I think is a good base to begin your NBE. From there I recommend trying to find what dosage is most effective for you. I think the baseline dosage for males taking pm is about 2,000 mg. However, some males need more, while others achieve grow on lower doses. More than likely, you'll have to do a bit of trial and error to find out what works and what doesn't for you. After all, there is no universal NBE routine, and even if there was one, there's no telling of how much success you'll have with it. I suggest starting out at low dose of pm and go from there. Keep in mind your body limits the rate of breast growth. Taking more herbs at higher doses probably won't result in rapid breast growth.

If you want to know more I think using the search function on this board is your best bet. Lots of members have asked similar questions to yours, so I think you'll find a lot of useful information.

We really need an FAQ since this question comes up in some form or another 2-5 times a week. A simple search will answer most of your questions.

500 mg of PM is a good starting point, but you'll probably want to bump it up to 2000 mg a day by adding 500 mg every week or two. Some people need even more.

Beware you might experience mental effects like being more emotional at such high doses.

If you are under 40 or have baldness or a lot of body hair, you might benefit from SP, SN, and/or pygeum.

You might want to add FG.

If you experience signs of estrogen dominance, you might need progesterone cream.

If you plan on having kids or a normal sex life, you might want to hold off as NBE herbs can possibly cause sterility and will likely make erections difficult, if not impossible. Also, keep in mind you will be growing something that may be difficult to hide at some point, and you won't likely be taking your shirt off in public ever again (swimming pool, beach, etc.).

If you're in a relationship, it will be difficult to hide the effects. Be honest with your partner. How would you like it if your partner were making permanent body alterations to resemble the opposite sex?

I'm sure if I missed something, someone else will catch it and add to this.

Flamesabers is the nicest member here lol....

anyways yeah, you may need an antiandrogen depending on age. Take a low dose of pm for a few weeks then double it then keep adding 500mg/day until you feel the tingly magic happening.

Its all been said. Search feature works well, or you could make another 10 threads. Flame will respond Big Grin

Not being a bitch here. None of this matters too much. Good luck lol...oh and BTW the personal programs section is a good place to read up on to come up with ideas for your program.

PS:How did you not recommend taking pics and posting them this time flame? You're off your game tonight Tongue

I agree. I've actually composed a list of what I think are 27 frequently asked questions. I haven't written my answers to such questions yet. I've been contemplating when I do whether to post it directly on this forum or to create a blog or something and provide a link to it.

Now that you mention it, it feels kind of ironic my username starts with the word "flame." Big Grin

I do have various reasons why I try to answer most threads, despite the issue of redundancy.

The first reason is posting to this board for the first time I think can be intimidating, especially for those who have never before dared to voice their desire to feminize their body. While it would be convenient for everyone to read up on NBE before posting, I think it's not realistic. (Having a FAQ thread may help mitigate this.) Newcomers might be either too worried about the type of reception they may receive or too excited about the possibilities of NBE to do their homework.

The second reason is my hope that the newcomers who come to this board asking redundant questions will become regular members and become a valued contributor. It would be unfortunate I feel if this board lost a lot of potential members because they felt like they had nothing new to say.

Am I getting that predictable? Sad

I thought about the sharing pics advice, but I wanted to keep my post short. The opening poster was only asking for advice on NBE routines. If on the other hand, he inquired about how to know whether his routine was successful, I would've recommended taking and sharing pictures.

Well, I'm not all that nice. So I was just being honest. I'm glad you liked it though.

And don't think of it as predictable. Everyone has their thing, Bryony has Anne Vitale and a hatred of wheat, Abi has her inability to understand fetishists, I bitch a lot and point out the tendencies of others in a comical/annoying manner. I could go on, but it's late lol

Think of it as personality rather than predictability.

Well said Sarah! That was both funny and very true.

Seriously though, I DO appreciate Flamesabers reliable responses and I couldn't agree more with his reasons for doing it. I haven't thought about it as much as he has but I find myself replying for the very same reasons. The FAQ idea is a good one. I wouldn't mind taking a few of the less technical questions if someone (Flamesabers) Smile wants to tackle it. Is there a place to keep it front and center? Is there a way to keep it editable by one or a couple people? Is there a way to keep it from taking replies?

Not that I'm aware of. If there was such a way, I think a FAQ would've been created long ago.

I think no to both questions, which is why I've considered putting the FAQ on an external blog. If this website had a blog for individual members, I would favor putting the FAQ there. One website I've been considering posting the FAQ on is Weebly. It's free and it seems fairly simple to use. I've never designed a website before, so I would prefer to keep it simple. Another alternative I've thought of is creating a Google Blog.

The one issue of keeping with using a blog is keeping a link visible to newcomers. I could include a link in my signature block, but that wouldn't be all that visible for those who are visiting the site for the first time.

Well, at least it would only take ONE "regular contributor" to point the newcomer to the external blog since the address would become familiar to all. I think it's worth doing but I don't have any idea which host site to use. If we do it and it's a community effort, I suppose we'd have to attach our username to our contributions since none of this is a science and we all have different experiences and opinions.

I have a website we could use for this purpose. I can add people to it so that I don't have to author everything myself (I really don't want to). I would be willing to add the link to my sig, and if a few of the regular posters would as well, then the word would get out quickly enough for anyone finding this forum.
