Oh good yeah it's probably going to last me for years! I've been calling all over the place, had to call the company to check that it was food grade because the store told me it was FEED grade. I guess they can't actually say that this brand is for humans because it has only been tested on animals. But it is food grade, and I found reviews on the internet of other people consuming it. The brand is Red Lake, so it is 67% DE and 33% calcium bentonite clay, which is apparently also very good for cleansing but I guess it doesn't taste as good as regular DE.
I am unbelievably excited to start taking it!! Ecstatic.

Ah. Just so long as it doesn't contain too much crystalline silica, which is toxic.
I don't know anything about calcium bentonite clay...
Even my 99% stuff is pretty nasty tasting... It's certainly not anything I'd choose to consume if it weren't for the health benefits.

Aw. Thanks! If only I was that happy all the time... Life's rough most of the time though, and as a reformed pessimist I'll never be able to be an optimist and ALWAYS happy no matter what's going on. My best is being happy during the happy times instead of being down about what might happen in a few minutes.

I'm thinking about ordering some diatomaceous earth. Just wondering if either of you are taking a tsp every day or only cleansing with it?
and does this site look alright?
http://www.earthworkshealth.com/ or do you know of a better one? I'm paranoid about my organs being filled with heavy metals/toxins/critters, so why not give it a try. If it can reduce my migraines even a little it'll be well worth the cost.

That's where I got mine from. Oh. And it's 100%, silly me. I guess I'd just forgotten since I threw out the original packaging when I repackaged it into resealable containers.
I actually take a lot more than that. I don't use it "every" day, but close to, and I generally take two doses of 2 tablespoons each (coffee scoop, or 1/8th cup).

LOL. That's ok! Lot's of people have been suggesting I curl it... I've already let it go wavy, but yeah, I think it's time for an even bigger change, soon. I'm probably going to get it chopped off to just above my shoulders and yeah, have some curl added. So it sits where I want it, WITH the curl, I'll probably actually have it cut a little past the shoulders. Right now it's heavily layered and the longest layers reach almost mid-back.
Then again... my own hair's getting long enough I might be able to get new hair and braid my hair and sew in soon. I have about an inch and a half, two inches in places. Which I think prolly needs trimmed to keep my ends nice, so it'll continue to grow...
And yeah. My lips are definitely my best feature! I totally agree there! I'm not so sure about the eyes, but they're ok, I guess.
lol

I disagree. They look so alluring. Youve got bedroom eyes. If you learn how to use those you will be trouble. Period

OK, maybe I missed something here, but are we actually talking about eating "dirt"?
