I've been using capsules and spray from the above and am very pleased with the resultant breasts growth. The instructions with the spray indicate that you should avoid the nipples when applying it. This is, I find, well nigh impossible and wonder why it should be advised. Anyone else have similar experience or knowledge ?

From what I understand, if you don't avoid spraying the nipples, you may incur a burning sensation in your nipples. I don't use a spray, but if you do a search you can probably find more detailed answers on this matter.

I thought the nipples were to be avoided because the cream/spray can bleach them?

I think it does have something to do with discoloration of the nipples. I don't remember if it is bleaching or what. I also remember someone saying it does kind of burn a little, but I don't think that's the reason to avoid the nipples.

It certainly did cause an unpleasant burning sensation when I accidentally got PM cream on my nipples, so I imagine the spray would be the same.
It is also reported that it causes bleaching. I can't remember where that came from but I have a vague feeling it could have been on the Ainterol website.

Many thanks to you all for your replies. I would say that I have noticed neither stinging or discoloration, so I guess I'll just carry on regardless ! The effectiveness of the spray, in conjunction with the capsules, has been most encouraging. I find that I am very impressed with my development so far and can fill the various 36b bra's that I have currently. Lookout 36c, here I come ! If only my nipples would enlarge in proportion my joy would be complete. Any suggestions ?
