So long as you're making some progress I don't think it's crucial for you to have growing pains and discomfort. If you feel you're still making progress, I wouldn't suggest making a change, at least for another few months.
If you want to make a change with your regime, here are some other things you may want to consider:
- Switchup your amount of pm intake on a weekly or monthly basis.
- Add something to your regime such as calcium supplements, SP or spearmint.
