Hi everyone! So I've been looming around this forum for over a month now, and figured I'm spending enough time in here I might as well introduce myself. Smile

With this intro comes questions Tongue

I have been taking a RC regimen for a little under a month and have noticed some changes and differences. First, the details Smile

Age: 28
Sex: Male
Height: 6'3
Starting Weight: 180lb

My goals are to all around feminize my body. I'm not necessarily aiming for breasts, as much as just the full body feminization, and for now plan on adjusting my routine accordingly to avoid permanent effects.

Plan (as of now):

Fenugreek - 9 caps 610mg(5490mg)

Red Clover - 9 caps 375mg(3375mg)

Saw Palmetto - 9 caps 585mg(5265mg)

Maca - 4 caps 525mg(2100mg) (2AM/2Eve)

Spearmint Tea - 3 bags

Fennel - 1g

Flax seed - 2g

Soy milk (Glass 3 times a day)

I'm also taking

One a day multi
Hair Skin and Nails
Fish oil
Collagen

Random and brief rubbing/massaging without real intent...

I am currently very active. I bicycle 30+ miles a day at high intensity (Bike messenger type stuff).

Observations:

I could feel differences in weight, softness, and size on my chest after only 2 weeks, at which point I also observed a 10lb increase in weight. It looked to me like a water weight/bloating effect as I noticed my abs had vanished from obvious sight. Interestingly, the amount of time spent without a shirt on had increased not due to a feeling of breast growth, but because the swelling of my breasts actually made me look more masculine lol. The skin and overall health in my face had improved by a considerable amount (not to say I was unhealthy per se). Needless to say, week 2+ I can tell my pecks have lost its hardness, and gained a considerable amount of jiggle. I have also experienced muscle aches in my arms and chest similar to that of a post day workout. I can only assume that is some kind of catabolic effect from the hormone change?
I did notice as well (and I don't know if this is unrelated), at the second week, I experienced pressure in my collarbones.

I have since stopped my regimen as I am running out of herbs and taking a cleanse while considering PM. The main reason I felt the need to post was actually that after yesterday (being my first whole day off my plan), I woke this morning and felt huge in my chest area. I looked down and was shocked to see them swelling out over my chest, so much that my arms felt the difference when moving them while my breasts got in the way, so to speak. I put an A cup bra on and they fit right in (very weird and strangely exciting feeling) and I don't use the word 'strangely' lightly, lol. In fact, as I type, I put my arm on my shoulder and looked down to see very noticeable cleavage lol.

So comes the question Tongue

Was I on too high a dose that in a ramp down I experience this noticeable swelling? I thought it a good opportunity to ask you experts and get a critique on my plan.

***Update***

I have also noticed a very slight head ache, particularly during exercise. Maca withdrawals? lol

Tonight my chest feels like it is bursting, and my nipples are more erect than I have ever seen them. Day 2 off my regimen. The plot thickens >_> <_<

Wow, I'm winded just thinking about your plan... sorry, I'm no expert but just wondering how you came up with your plan? I have the same goal's basically and my own hurdle's to overcome, but some of the herbs seem excessive.I spent month's researching NBE mostly here which has a wealth of info (and expert's), and I'm quite sure they'll tell you to do your research first and start slow to let your body adjust.The 30 mile a day biking is something that I can only dream of, very impressive... congrat's! By the way, I started NBE 11 Month's ago and went to a PM plan in the last 4 month's. Again, no expert but I've learned this will take a few years and good bit of finance's, so good luck on your journey!!!

I've done a lot of reading, and scouring Isabelle's and AbiDrew's posts Tongue. As far as the herbs I had lots of fennel and Flaxseed already, and made a trip to the natural grocery and picked up some key items I had interest in. The maca was one because I really want to grow a nice booty, and considering the amount of biking I do I figured that would help a lot. As far as dosages I started a slow ramp and just listened to my body. It hasn't been a long time to really see the effects clearly, and after a month and what I experienced today I felt it a good time to get critiqued.
30 miles a day isn't much. And it varies actually between 30-100 miles a day. thanks for the feedback! Smile

This'll actually make it easier. Bicycling is great way to get a catabolic state going with little other effort and you won't need to cut calories NEAR so much.

That's not quite how this works. Actually what you observed is something I've been saying since I got here. There needs to be SOME kind of cycling between a high and low for feminizing effects to truly occur.

Interestingly enough, I changed to a high fat diet Tongue. I started at 9% body fat so I hope to put on the pounds at get to 18% or so.

Yes, I have been planning out a similar cycle plan as yours when I start PM, but I'm also considering a weekly cycle. I may try both and see what I like best.
