That article is old and outdated, I'd found it, read it, and dismissed it, a long time ago.

To start off I'd suggest starting with 2 caps three times a day of spearmint and chinese skullcap... increase to three, then 4, and finally 5. SLOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWLY!
