1. I'd totally follow all of your leads if there was a way to NOT make it permanent. I'd love to enjoy the effects for a few months (even if only subtle growth), but then go back to "normal" since I would have to hide them from the general public. The winter months would be a perfect time. And maybe the wife would be okay if it was temporary.
In my opinion and understanding if you want it to be temporary, don't do it and get silicon falsies instead. Though the body distributes fat to the breast area and seems to do that firstly as the breast expands a bit to create room for the tissue development, once the tissue is developed it is permanent.
2. Speaking of which, for those of you married or with serious girlfriends, do they know what you are doing? How are they possibly okay with it? My wife would kill me, and I'd say she would have a right to - because I'd be becoming something she didn't sign up for when we married.
I am in a relationship for 2.5 years and love her dearly. I'm 27 she's 24, I agree with you if my gf knew she would kill me, but for legal reasons probably just leave me. My biggest fear is I cannot pull off what Karren has and blame gynecomastia and blame it just progressing. I know many are in their 50's+ so thats a bit more tangible reasoning for them but for someone my age its very tough to blame low t as a sudden onset and cause, still looking for a way to explain it when they develop to obvious breasts. My gf unlike almost everyone here's wife or gf is very far from ok with feminine men, i actually fear if our child if we got to have one one day was gay or trans if she'd be okay with it if shes so against me being feminine (i have displayed a strong fem side in our beginning months and she later expressed her dislike so out of compromise i quit)
3. For those of you with kids, do they know? How do you explain it?

4. After a point, you can't hide your new breasts. Certainly not at a doctor's visit or a even a pool outing. Aren't you embarrassed if you live as a guy?
I think the breast effect is more to a man than a woman. Cause men we are to be flat and if not then strong pecs not bouncing round flesh mounds. Especially if you are like me who is 5 11 and 180lbs. The small a cup i have now stands out drastically to me. Best way for me to get over this I have come to is wearing a bra full time (except around my gf) nothing padded or bigger than needed. But wear one. If you can get comfortable wearing a bra around people then when your breasts grow to fill that bra you should be over your fears of people seeing. It's all about adjusting at your own pace and being comfortable with your own self enough to allow what you desire to be reality. I work in a hip hop studio and a lot of drug dealers and "gangsters" come through often to lay down records for albums or mixtapes. I dont wear a wife beater, but jsust normal tee shirts. My straps dont show and my cups pop out a bit mainly cause im filling them now and no one has said anything. Key is being yourself, act nervous and ppl will pick up on it and then see why act like nothings up and no one will notice. Far as pools, I enjoy vacations but I'm not a huge i need to swim person I really dont care. And theres a son in law in my gf's family who has easy c cups (not by choice) and hes cool without a shirt and no one says anything...gives me confidence. Far as a doctors visit, I have been to a doctor a year ago about my growth when i first started before i realized it works and re evaluated. He had me take my shirt off, and felt around i assume like he would on a woman. I didn't care and it actually makes me smile to think about having b or c cups and having to remove my shirt on my fairly in shape frame and having two large round masses, Hopefully with enlarged nipples and aureolas
5. What do you guys do to keep your chest smooth and hair free? Shave? Wax? The hair always seems to grow back quickly and gets all dotty, and red and then black spotted (the hair coming back in) which really must kill the effect visually.
Luckily i a) dont have much to any chest hair just a lil around my aureolas and a lil in the cleavage area. And the stuff i have once shaved is completely invisible not thick at all. I know what you mean though I see pics of guys chests and their pores or follicles are so prominent, it sucks to imagine dealing with it.
6. If it is not possible to have a temporary effect, what would you recommend if I wanted just subtle growth of the breast area and nipples. Enough for me to enjoy but not enough to be blatant to the rest of the world? I like my nipples getting played with but they are so small! Is there any products that would focus on just this general area without messing up the rest of my body?
Falsies as they are coined for breast forms for boobs, and snake bites to enlarge your nipples. There is a company called Natureday and i know others who have incredible success on it. It is products made to isolate only on the breast and not the rest of the body. While each their own will voice on it those i personally know who use their products have enlarged nipples and breasts and voice their appeal to it cause it does absolutely nothing to the rest of the body just boobs.
