As most of you know I have been on PM and experienced growth but a mad high sex drive and erections,

I noticed my libido dropped after 2-3 days on spearmint but I chalked it up to normal ebb and flow. However, it stayed comfortably at bay ever since so maybe it is "that good" at whatever it does. I only take 0-800 per day - I can't imagine taking 6 capsules in one gulp. The thing about spearmint I think is strange is the "refreshing" after-taste when you burp! It's like a breath mint for your tummy.

So I had this affliction before adding spearmint,I like your mirror theory though but who knew Id be such a weaked knee person!,it's not like I've never seen a pair boobs before,right?

Maybe it's the placebo effect combined with the actual changes incurred by spearmint that is making a difference for you? How much spearmint are you taking in terms of mg? I'm taking 800 mg (2 capsules). I believe AbiDrew recommended that bio-males who don't want to transition to limit their spearmint intake to 400-1200 mg per day.

Doodlebug, I also like the refreshing aftertaste of spearmint. I find it's a huge improvement from the taste/smell of sp.

I have been taking spearmint (800 mg per day plus sporadic tea) since July and would not say that there has been a dramatic change. My libido has diminished moderately, although it has not come close to disappearing. There has been no discernible change in body or facial hair growth. One thing I have noticed is that my erotic center is now much more my breasts, especially nipples, and not "south of the border." I do not know if that is the result of PM or spearmint. Perhaps it is not the result of either but is more psychological or thought process driven.

I should add that I take the spearmint partly for prostate health as well as assisting with sexual migration, if you will allow the term.

I know what you mean about the heightened sensitivity of your nipples. Mine spark at the slightest touch. I think I would miss it terribly if it dissipated, so I definitely am not taking spearmint or anything else to try to subdue it.
